Oracle will expand its SaaS/On-Demand sales team, which will work closely with the EMEA field sales force to sell the Oracle HCM SaaS product to new and existing Oracle customers across the Benelux market. Oracle Direct now offers a number of exciting career opportunities for experienced business applications sales professionals to join this fast growing sales team. Oracle Direct are seeking experienced sales professionals who can sell the business benefits of Oracle’s HCM application to business and technology executives. The Oracle HCM SaaS Sales Representative will be responsible for new business across the target markets’ enterprise and SME sector.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Articulate business benefits of a HCM SaaS solution to the relevant audience.
  • Deliver online demonstration of the solution with the ability to show what is asked by prospects.
  • Develop the business by uncovering new opportunities.
  • Manage a volume business i.e many deals in a given period. Siebel CRM internal tool is used to follow up opportunities.
  • Win deals in a competitive environment to achieve and overachieve targets.
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years quota carrying sales experience in the Enterprise or SMB market.
  • Demonstrable overachievement of revenue goals.
  • Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish is essential.
  • Prospecting and/or new business background.
  • Capacity to comprehend the strategic issues of selling HCM applications.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Expertise in demand generation in new markets from campaign conception to deal closure.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn new sales skills and technologies.
  • Strong desire to overachieve revenue goals.

Brief Description

Order fulfillment and selling of products and services in high volume, low value, short cycle transactions using telephone sales (inbound/outbound calls)

Detailed Description

As an Internet Sales Representative you will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives. Generates sales leads as well as closing the sales on line or by phone. Utilizes inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales. Develops account penetration strategies, and closes business . Responsible for understanding Oracle*s product offerings and competitive issues. Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance. Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Oracle products and services. Participates as a team member on sales teams including field sales, support and education sales and sales consulting.

 

Job Requirements

 


Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Works under general supervision. Seeks intervention from his/her manager on complex deals that fall outside of existing guidelines. 3 years of relevant experience. Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with high level decision makers. Ability to work independently. Typically bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent.
