  • Provide remote, desk side and telephone support.
  • Oversee issue tracking and resolution
  • Assist with the gathering, analysis and reporting of network metrics and statistics
  • Configure desktops and laptops for deployment, update and maintain software revisions

 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
