  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Collect, sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes


Job Qualifications

  • University degree in any Social Science related discipline
  • 2-4 years prior front desk/receptionist experience and (basic) knowledge of administrative procedures and practices.
  • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, proactive and have the ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Attention to detail and great communication skills
