Job Title: Digital Media Specialist

Qualification: HND/BA/BSc/MA/MSc
Experience: 0-2 years 
Location: Lagos (Preferred candidates must be living around Lekki/Ajah)

Overview
The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for handling, designing and producing digital media projects for clients to best serve the client organizations’ business goals. He/She will provide clients with insight on new internet technologies and digital media applications. He/She will also work closely with our team of consultants to develop goals and objectives for marketing campaigns, analyse target groups and execute digital media strategist various promotional and marketing campaigns. He/She will oversee the development of budgets, cost projections and analyses to ensure cost effectiveness of digital media strategies. He/She will regularly communicate with the team and report progress to organisation leadership. He/She will assess opportunities to jump start or improve digital media strategies.

Skills

  • Ideally, we are looking for candidates from all academic spheres who, however, must have at least a working knowledge of digital media manipulation or marketing. information technology, computer science, advertising, communications, journalism or public relations
  • Desired candidates must have an advanced knowledge of tools like Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, DVD Studio, and other types of audio and video recording and editing software
  • Candidates must be familiar with the principles of visual communication (photography, videography) and the role(s) they play in advertising
  • Candidates must possess the ability to communicate clearly, especially in the use of the technological methodologies and concepts required to get message across to clients as well as potential customers, consumers and the public at large
  • Candidates must have strong time management skills, and can deliver products within deadline and budget constraints
  • Ability to work as part of a team is crucial
  • Candidates must possess ability for critical thinking and must be problem solvers who work with the mindset of devising strategies to work towards solutions
  • Candidates must be comfortable with contributing professionally and presenting ideas to colleagues and management

 

 

Job Title: Researcher

Qualification: HND/BA/BSc/MA/MSc
Experience: 0-2 years 
Location: Lagos (Preferred candidates must be living around Lekki/Ajah)

Job Description
The Researcher will be responsible for collecting, developing, analysing and presenting data in a variety of formats, as specified by each assignment. He/She will conduct research, collate literature reviews, prepare materials required for requests to grant agencies/ foundations, maintain accurate records of project related documents, safeguard the confidentiality of clients, attend project meetings, seminars and other meetings as necessary. He/She will also summarise project results, prepare progress reports for clients, and prepare articles, reports, and presentations as necessary.

Skills

  • Ideally, we are looking for candidates from all academic spheres who, however, must have a firm understanding of computer programs especially Microsoft packages
  • He/She must be able to evaluate documents and make judgments about the value of information, must have capacity to draw conclusions from data, to write reports, to analyse lots of information from different sources, have ability to find information off the internet and have capacity for critical thinking
  • He/She must be able to perform analysis of databases to determine quantitative results and disseminate results of research activities to team mates
  • Candidates must have strong time management skills, and can deliver assignments within specified deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team is crucial

Job Title: Training Coordinator

Overview
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for effectively managing the training facility with responsibilities including designing both general and bespoke programmes, marketing training courses to the appropriate target audience, conducting and coordinating all training programmes, and facilitating partnerships with local, regional, and international partners.

Responsibilities

  • Map out training plans, design and develop training programs
  • Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc.)
  • Market available training opportunities to target audience and provide necessary information
  • Conduct organisation wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques
  • Design and prepare educational aids and materials
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and summarise evaluation reports
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

Person Specifications

  • Relevant degree from a reputable university
  • Proven work experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Knowledge of Project Management will be an added advantage

Required Competencies

  • Advanced marketing skills
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
  • MS Office proficiency

Job Title: Consultant

Overview
The Consultant will be tasked with the responsibility of providing strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services to assist organisations in improving productivity and overall performance, whilst minimising cost and risk. Successful candidates will possess business skills that will help clients solve problems, create value and maximise growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy design and planning to helping clients understand how to identify, prioritise, and manage issues
  • Research and analysis to include peer benchmarking, trend analysis, case studies, article writing, and best practice identification
  • Effectively manage relationships with clients
  • Oversee projects from proposal stage to post-implementation
  • Manage financial data to include identifying sources of financial data and establishing the best ways to gather and process data
  • Assist clients to develop, implement and maintain financial control procedures

Person Specifications

  • Degree or certification in accounting or financial management
  •  Proven work experience as a consultant
  • Knowledge of sustainability will be an added advantage
