Call Centre Agent (CCA)
Provides customer service support to the organisation by obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of information in a timely manner; Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
Qualification and Competence
- OND in any discipline
- Mathematics and English Language in WAEC/NECO
- Must be between 22 – 32 years old
- Excellent communication skills with impressive interpersonal skills
- Must be a resident in Mushin and environs.
