Customer Service Officer
We are looking for a driven Customer Service Officer to attend to customers’ complaints and need, attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users. The successful candidate will be joining our Creative Services Team
The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
Resolve customers’ complaint via phone, email, mails or social media.
Use telephones and social media platforms to reach out to customers and attend to their needs.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their complaints and needs.
Assist with issues placing orders and exchanging goods.
Collaborate with other departments (Social media specialist, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Proven working experience in Customer Service or related field
Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Fluency in English
Bsc/HND in any discipline.
Human Resources Officer
The HR Officer post is responsible for ensuring that all human resources functions and personnel services run efficiently to ensure a smooth running of daily operations.

The HR Officer will be responsible for performing professional and administrative tasks requiring thorough knowledge of departmental operations and functions. He/she will be reporting to the Head Human Resources Dept. Performance will be evaluated on ability and effectiveness in carrying out the assigned responsibilities.
BSc/HND in any discipline
Human Resources/Administrative experience will be an added advantage
Good command of English language, both oral and written

Internal Control Officer
The Internal Control Officer assists in carrying out given tasks towards achieving the purpose and objective of the business. Successful candidates will have the opportunity of an exciting career path that can lead to higher positions.
Ensure reliability and sufficiency of the financial and management information generated and reported by the Accounts Officers
Investigate issues relating to sales, returns/exchange and discrepancies of merchandise and ensure compliance to related policies
Ensure compliance to organisational policies and procedures
Ensure the accuracy of the inventory data base of the company as a whole
Ensure there are duly authorized documentary approvals for every transaction
Carry out audit checks across the company’s outlets
Confirm in-coming and out-going merchandise in the warehouse
Monitor inter-branch transfers and sales layaway requests
Participate in physical stock taking exercise across branches
Ensure compliance to laid down company policies and to statutory regulations
Periodic confirmation of the existence of all fixed (tangible) assets and ensure they are properly and adequately accounted for.
Assess and identify potential risk areas within the organization and make appropriate recommendation to mitigate them.
Evaluating and improving the internal control, accounting systems and organization procedures to determine that they are properly designed, functioning and regularly updated
Assist other functional units within the department in carrying out jobs as required by the management
