The CIPM Consultancy Team is currently recruiting to fill the following vacant positions for our client in the Healthcare Sector located in Lagos (Mainland).

 

  1. Hospital Administrator

Job Summary

The Hospital Administrator role is responsible for managing the day to day hospital operations of the organisation through extensive planning, coordination and supervision of all administrative tasks within the organisation.

He/she will be expected to handle the centralized operations management of the hospital with oversight for Facilities Management, Procurement, HR, ICT, Cleaning and Laundry, Security, Catering, Logistics and Fleet Management, General and Medical Equipment Maintenance and Inventory/Store maintenance. The Hospital Administrator will also negotiate Service Level Requirements with corporate customers, contractors, and suppliers as required by the organization and liase with relevant regulatory agencies while managing the departmental budget towards effective optimization of allocated resources.

 

The Person

  • A Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) degree in any relevant social science or business degree is required for this role.
  • 10 to 12 years relevant work experience preferably in the Health or sector, three (3) of which must have been spent at managerial level.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies such as NIM, CIPM or a certificate in Health Management is required for this role
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent communication, business presentation and people management skills.

 

 

 

  1. Business Development Manager

Job Summary

This role is responsible for strategic thinking, analysis, project and relationship management as it relates to the development and implementation of new growth and business opportunities for the Hospital.

He/she will work with cross-functional teams and department heads to develop and execute business plans related to growth and revenue generation (new markets, new channels and new businesses). He/she will also lead the Hospital’s Business Development team to ensure that the Hospital is locally marketing its services and developing marketing materials while developing business strategies for the execution of all client appreciation events.

The Person

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or any related business degree.
  • 6 - 8 years relevant work experience preferably in the Health or service sector.
  • Full working Knowledge of the Microsoft office package is required
  • Excellent, negotiation, communication and people management skills.
  • Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills with good composure and presence of character are required for this role.

 

 

  1. Finance Manager

Job Summary

The Finance Manager provides both operational and strategic financial support to the organization while supervising the finance unit in the areas of budget preparation and implantation, finance policy, investment and investor and financial regulations agency relations.

He/she will coordinate the development and monitoring of the corporate annual budget and develops the financial business plans and forecast for the hospital. The job holder will also manage cash flow planning and supervision of the organizational Tax and Regulatory Agency relationships

The Person

  • Minimum of B.SC., HND or its equivalent relevant qualification as well as 7 - 9 years work experience in the Health or service sector with at least 5 years at a similar position in a comparable organisation
  • Full membership of professional finance and accounting bodies such as ICAN or ACCA is required
  • Good knowledge of modern accounting and financial concepts and practices
  • Familiarity and aptitude with working with accounting software such as Peachtree, Quickbook
  • Full working Knowledge of the Microsoft office package is required especially with spreadsheet software (MS. Excel)
  • Excellent, negotiation, communication and people management skills
  • Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills are required

 

  1. Invoicing and Credit Control Officer

Job Summary

The Invoicing and Credit Control role is responsible for managing and implementing the credit policy of the organisation and is expected to use this to coordinate the debt management of existing creditors and deciding whether to allow credit to a debtor.

He/she will facilitate prompt payment for services rendered by processing invoices, resolving missed payments and updating financial records according to the financial policies and procedures set forth by the organisation.

The Person

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelors Degree (B.Sc.) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related degree
  • 1 to 3 years relevant work experience preferably in the Health sector and in a comparable organisation.
  • Student membership of professional finance and accounting bodies such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA is required
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are essential
  • Good knowledge of modern accounting and financial concepts and practices
  • Familiarity and aptitude with working with accounting software such as Peachtree, SAGE ERP
  • Full working Knowledge of the Microsoft office package is required especially with spreadsheet software (Excel)
  • Excellent, negotiation, business analysis, communication and people management skills
  • Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills are required for this role
