Maintenance Leader

Mission
As a member of MIIE Project, he/she ensures the Maintenance Engineering progress, the internal reporting and customer reporting.

Activities
• Manages the Maintenance team and is responsible for Maintenance issues
• Performs the equipment maintainability study (engineering and vendor’s documentation study)

 

Job Description

• Performs the equipment maintainability study (engineering and vendor’s documentation study)
• Supervises the Reliability Centered Maintenance and the Optimization studies
• Performs global maintenance plan (including lubrication plan, running plan, on condition plan, maintenance procedures and all documents linked to the maintenance tasks)
• Provides maintenance procedures (list of tacks, resources, durations, spares, tools, data report) including major equipment overhauls
• Draws up noncompliance and/or observation reports when noting any malfunction or risk situation and transmits them to the local QHSE department

Profile
- Engineering diploma with a minimum of 7 years experience in maintenance activities in the oil & gas industry
- Strong experience in maintenance engineering, Management and Planning
- Knowledge of SAP or CMMS, RCM and CBM Methods
- Ability to negotiate
- Fluent in English

Inspection Leader

In charge of inspection activities for the MIIE Project

- Implements and ensures implementation of SPIE OGS QHSE rules, instructions and precedures
- Draws up noncompliance and/or observation reports when noting any malfunction or risk situation and transmits them to the local QHSE department
- Adopts an eco-approach at all times in the exercise of his/her duties
- Manages the Inspection Team
- Supervises the risk based inspection study
- Responsible for equipment inspectability study
- Performs the individual Written Scheme of Examination (WSE) per equipment
- Analyzes and uses project local legislation requirements and condition monitoring, inspections and tests for MIIE project
- Prepares the planning to perform base line surveys
- Completes asset registers with associated documentation
- Gives detailed inspection scope with individual qualitative and quantitative inspection points
- Provides inspection asset register (pipeline including SURF, structure, lifting...)
- Provides the base line inspection preparation dossier
- Provides reports on the risk based inspection studies, including statistics on criticality levels
- Provides report on Emergency Pipes Repair System (EPRS)
- Analyzes Inspection operational priced Spare Parts list with Procurement Leader
- Provides an Inspection Strategy and the Inspection Plan
- Is the main focal point for Inspection discussions and decisions
- Reports to the Head of Project

MIIE Project Manager

Head of Maintenance, Inspection & Integrity Engineering (MIIE) Project Manager (F/M)

Missions:
As MIIE project Manager, you will manage the contractual issues of the project. You ensure the project progress, the internal reporting and customer reporting. You are in close cooperation with specialists and leaders managing the technical matters.

Your main duties will be: 
- Implements and ensures implementation of SPIE OGS QHSE rules, instructions and procedures,
- Makes proposals for the continuous improvement of QHSE provisions,
- Draws up noncompliance and/or observation reports when noting any malfunction or risk situation and transmits them to the local QHSE department,
- Immediately alerts any person who caused a risk situation, on noting the occurrence of any such situation,
- Adopts an eco-approach at all times in the exercise of your duties,
- Responsible of the Project execution and close out,
- The SPIE OGS representative for the customer and represents the SPIE OGS’s ideas and values
- Manage MIIE Team,
- Report to MIIE Manager,
- Ensure the project cost control,
- In charge of contract execution follow-up (milestones, progress reports, quality assurance)
- Manage the project resources in accordance with the mobilization plan and project progress,
- Responsible for Quality Assurance and will prepare the contract coordination Manual.

Profile
- Engineering diploma with a minimum of 10 years experience in maintenance activities within the oil & gas industry
- Strong experience in engineering, Management and Planning
- Effective communication and great capacity to influence the organization
- Fluent in English, and in French

Spares Parts Leader

Mission
As a member of MIIE Project, he/she ensures the Spares Parts Engineering progress, the internal reporting and customer reporting.

Activities
• Manages the Spares Parts team and is responsible for Maintenance & Inspection Spares parts issues
• Prepares with Procurement Leader the complete supply chain process flow to have in due time the Spares Parts stored in the warehouse
• Performs a list of main equipment as defined in specification for which Spare Parts Dossiers are established
• Ensure update of the Spares Parts list with relevant document
• Provides the list of main equipment (main tag from Topo functional) subject to issue of spare parts dossiers
• Provides Spares parts strategy and Know-How to SPIE OGS collaborators
• Draws up noncompliance and/or observation reports when noting any malfunction or risk situation and transmits them to the local QHSE department

Profile
- Engineering diploma with a minimum of 7 years experience in material management activities in the oil & gas industry
- Strong experience in spares parts engineering, Management and Planning
- Knowledge of SAP or CMMS

Integrity Leader

As a member of MIIE Project, He/She is in charge of Integrity activities for MIIE Project. He/She ensures the Integrity engineering progress, the internal reporting and customer reporting.

- Alerts the line management when encountering any professional situation that does not comply with the principles and rules governing the carrying out of SPIE Group activities (Ethics Alert)
- Manages the Integrity Team
- Responsible for Integrity issues
- Ensures the Integrity study for each Safety/Business Critical Element
- Responsible for the equipment Integrity assessment
- Issues detail document for operational Integrity Assurance Scheme
- Responsible for the identification of the Topo functional breakdown structure
- Performs the scheduling according to Maintenance and Inspection Plan
- Provides an identification of any SCE
- Provides the Integrity preparation dossier
- Provides reports on SCE study including measuring points and criticality levels
- Provides an Operational Integrity Assurance Scheme with Inspction Leader
- Provides an Integrity Strategy
- Is the main focal point for Integrity discussions and decisions
- Reports to Head of Project
