The SERVICE holder will be required:
• To promote and apply the methodology detailed in the Company’s Change Management Guideline (GM EP PJC 525) and the Project’s Management of Change Procedure (NG-EGN-00-AEMG-000032), in particular:
Key responsibilities for the Management of Change activity:
Changes requested by Total (project group, affiliate, other entities) and referred to as “internal” changes
Changes requested by our Contractors or Partners, or by the Local Authorities, referred to as “external” changes.
Changes to the SOR undergo specific monitoring via the SOR Change Notices or SCN (cf. CR EP APP 001).
Changes requested in Change Orders in relation to the initial contract, issued by one or more Contractors.
Changes with respect to the reference, requiring implementation of the derogation process.
• To liaise with the members of company's Package Control Management team assigned to each of the Packages, and promote good relations with the team members of other Client’s Department (e.g. Drilling, Field Operations, Logistics, C&P etc.) as well as the other members of the Interface and MOC team.
• To liaise with the Company's technical specialists involved in specific MOC subjects. Such activity will request coordination within and also outside the main work packages, with other Departments of the Client’s PMT Organization as well as Company’s Headquarters when necessary on MOC matters.
• To liaise with the company's document control team on all matters which require them to be informed and/or to assist the consolidation of the MOC records.
• To report on the progress of the implementation of the MOC process to the Interface & MOC Manager and refer to him in the event of any deviation or conflict with proposed remedial and/or mitigation actions.
• To promote and apply the methodology detailed in the Company’s Project Experience Feedback
Key responsibilities for the feedback activity
Guideline (GM EP PJC 711).
• To ensure proper Feedback from Client’s Project to the Headquarters during the Project execution phase.
• To develop, put in place and update the project feedback procedure
• To promote the systematic project feedback capture during the course of the project and at the end of particular phases and transmit regularly to the PJC REX coordinator at HQ
• To retrieve the feedback from the various sources, dispatch to the proper people in the project organization/subsidiary and ensure the proper follow-up
• To prepare/coordinate the final project debriefing/Lessons Learned Sessions with the support of the PJC REX coordinator at HQ
• To share any experience that is considered as valuable for Client in order to be used for any other ongoing project or future project, according to the principle of its real-time integration.
• To experience Feedback Formalization: to share the information in due time, formalize it, organize specific workshops, address it to the PJC REX coordinator
• To fully comply with office security, health and safety instructions.
Key HSE responsibilities:
• To stay vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of hazards and surroundings.
• To report to Management on any issue they may face or observe and propose way of improvement.

Nigerian context to be taken into account. Mobility required in order to regularly co-ordinate interface management activities not only at the Client main office in Lagos but even at Contractor offices and sites in various parts of the world (e.g. Europe, Far East and other locations in Nigeria different from Lagos).

The SERVICE holder will be responsible for delivering efficient MOC support to the Client Team members. Moreover the SERVICE holder will be required:
• To demonstrate leadership for implementation of Company requirements on Management of Change.
• To also take care of colleagues safety and behavior without hesitating to intervene as much as necessary.
• To give his own input and making sure the workplace is safe (obviously clean and tidy).
• To ask questions to gain clarification in case of doubt.
• To fully comply with Security rules about traveling in Nigeria.

• M. Sc. Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum eight years of professional experience including at least 2 years in a similar position with other experience in project engineering, package coordination or project reporting.
• Excellent reporting skills, good negotiation, organization and planning skills.
• Proficient users of MS office package
