Personal Assistant To MD

 

Job Description

  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Arranging travel, visas, accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the MD to take notes or dictation at meetings and to provide general assistance during presentations.
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries,requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.



 

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelors degree.
  • Administrative experience in simiilar role.
  • Time management skill
  • Poise and etiquette is highly required.
  • Good hands on microsoft office package.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
