LAWYER

Description :

• Provide and interpret legal information and disseminate appropriate legal requirements 
• Review and advise on legal implication of Projects and Transactions 
• Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise accordingly 
• Assess legal implications that needs to be brought to the management’s attention 
• Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to support various business activities 
• Negotiate, review and draft documentations for business transactions 
• Prepare monthly and quarterly report 
• Provide legal protection and risk management advice especially on contract management 
• Drawing up contracts and other legal documents 
• Explaining the law and giving general legal advice 
• Settling disputes and supervising any agreements 
• Researching and gathering evidence 
• Analyzing legal documents 

 

Qualifications :

The lawyer must have a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in corporate & finance transactions, project development and in the energy & resource sectors. He must have established contacts in these sectors and be at a stage in his career where he is beginning to develop specialism in either of these areas, able to work independently taking the initiative on project structuring and advice and other general matters. His experience must include a strong academic pedigree and the bulk of his post qualification experience must have been gained with a top law firm with genuine presence in the energy sector on in house. He must also have a strong background of reading and fluent writing, logic and reasoning

 

Receptionist

Description :

JOB OBJECTIVES 
To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 
•Deliver excellent customer service, at all times 
•Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail 
•Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety 
•Provide reports, as required, for housekeepers and management 
•Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services 
•Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office 
•Must be female and smart 

 

Qualifications :

Minimum of OND or equivalent
. Being a good listener. 
• Being able to use different office technology. 
• Being able to relay information to others. 
• Having good interpersonal skills. 
• Being able to meet people’s needs. 
• Having high attention to details. 
• Having good written and verbal communication skills. 
• Being polite.
