Head of Business Operations NG


Manage  Business Operations and to achieve the set Sales target in Nigeria and other regions. Plans, directs, and develop sales distribution strategies to effectively sell company’s products through direct and indirect distribution models.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement business development opportunities in line with marketing business plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share and revenues.
  • Correspond with and sustain a close relationship with relevant government bodies as well as other relevant organisations, association and societies.
  • Establish and sustain  close relationship with relevant  departments in the region namely sales, marketing, finance, regulatory, supply chain and public affairs
  • Work with the HR department to ensure the implementation & enhancement of policies & procedures to support the growth, development & well-being of our employees in the region.
  • Management of medical representative team through ensuring expected daily calls are achieved and objectives in all areas including promotional and marketing activities are met.
  • Monitor progress of each distributor/ agent against their set targets, analyse and comment on their monthly traffic / revenue performance and implement any changes required to achieve their target.
  • Management of marketing activities and ensure compliance with all applicable legislative/regulatory requirements.
  • Manage all areas of budget and ensure that all available resources and funds are allocated effectively to achieve objectives
  • Manage and sustain close contact with distributors ensuring; consistent stock level, timely product ordering, smooth supply chain, even product distribution and uniform pricing.
  • Ensure Company’s participates in local tender activities
  • Maintain contact and networks with decision makers to further develop public sector business in the Region

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 7-10 years relevant managerial experience
  • Strong background and work experience in Sales
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
  • Ability to look at situations from several points of view
  • Persuasive with details and facts
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively
  • High comfort level working in a diverse environment





Key Accounts Manager


 To implement company sales and marketing strategies so that sales and market-share targets for assigned products are achieved.

 Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify key accounts within territory
  • Develop key accounts
  • Identify and position Sanofi Pasteur products for key account
  • Be responsible for achieving sales targets and increase market share
  • Develop customer plans including all trade related activities
  • Position and present Sanofi Pasteur  products  and its global value services
  • Implement strategies, execute activities and evaluate promotions results
  • Involved in sales forecasting, business reviews, category reviews, trading terms negotiation and joint purchase cycle planning with customers with Sanofi commercial framework
  • Develop Companies/corporate  business and grow the  uptake of vaccine


Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • University Degree with sales background with 3- 5 years’ experience in related field.
  • Good networking, influencing and communication skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Self motivated


Working relationships:

  • Internal: Medical, Sales Admin. and Marketing departments.
  • External: Company clients i.e. Doctors, Pharmacists, Hospitals.
