Job description

Support the HHRA in the implementation of the company’s overall HR strategy. Actively support the development, communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Promote organizational growth through implementation of world class performance management system and effective co-ordination of periodic performance appraisals. Actively participate in the development of the annual manpower plan as well as coordinate inputs from the plants. Monitor implementation of the plan in line with budget. Actively support the development, communication and implementation of the recruitment policy. Coordinate the induction of new employees. Implement training and development strategy. Generate training and skill gap analysis and develop the annual training plan. Develop and implement model to track impact of training and development programmes. Ensure all position have signed off job descriptions and KPIs. Coordinate periodic performance reviews and ensure equitable implementation of performance outcomes. Coordinate periodic compensation surveys. Nurture a healthy relationship between management and staff. Coordinate periodic meeting with Union Representatives.

Chief Financial Officer

Job description


Financial Compliance: Responsible for ensuring company compliance with legal and financial regulations and standards (IFRS, GAAP etc). Financial Oversight: Responsible for the management of cash flow position and maintaining the integrity of funds and bank accounts. Financial Statements: Responsible for the preparation of required monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) and oversees preparation of annual audit and tax submissions. Financial Performance: Responsible for using tools like the balanced scorecard, dashboards, and financial statement ratio analysis to communicate the company's financial performance. Budgeting and Expense Control: Responsible for overseeing the budgeting process, collating the inputs, and comparing the company's actual performance with budget. Ensures credibility by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the CEO, the Board of Directors and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities. Risk Management: Responsible for understanding all of the company's liabilities and maintaining appropriate levels of operating cash and liquidity Accounting Policies and Procedures: Responsible for the establishment of accounting policies and procedures for credit and collections, purchasing, payment of bills, and other financial obligations. Business Development: Responsible for development of financial business plans and forecasts and engaging management to develop short, medium, and long-term financial plans and projections. Financial Relationship Management: Responsible for representing the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, board, auditors, etc. People Management: Continually evaluate the finance team structure and plan for ongoing improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group, as well as providing individuals with professional growth plans.


Required Skills and Competencies

Experience in a large FMCG manufacturing company
Excellent management accounting skills
Good Knowledge of Investment management and financial reporting standards
Commercial awareness 
Good problem-solving and decision making ability
