A Business Advisory Firm is looking for qualified staff to fill the following positions
 
Audit Manager

Responsibilities

  • Effectively lead a team in planning, managing and executing Audit engagements, within a risk based environment and in an efficient and effective manner:
  • Act as a role model and mentor for less experienced members of the team, provide on the job training and develop talented team members, through evaluation and counselling;
  • Develop effective business relationships with clients in order to identify, package and implement business solutions that help our clients grow and become more successful;
  •  Define project structure and assess and ensure proper resource allocation;
  • Deliver projects on-time and on-budget;
  • Identify and effectively deal with risks, project extensions, etc.;
  • Maintain high quality and professional standards,

Profile

  • 6-8 years of thorough working experience as an Auditor;
  • Professional Certification - full membership of an internationally recognized professional accounting association (ACA, ACCA or CPA) and/or an auditor's license:
  •  International Financial Reporting Standards literate;
  • A real team player and have proven leadership and management skills;
  •  Result & client oriented and demonstrate entrepreneurial flair, drive and sales ability;
  • Ability to make effective presentations to top client management;
  • Computer literate.

 

 

Tax Audit Manager

Responsibilities

  • Tax Compliance and Planning: Supervision/preparation of Tax returns. Prepares and files all federal and state income, property and sales tax returns, including transfer pricing returns.
  • Tax Audits: Responsible for performing /supervising a variety of tax audit defenses for clients.
  •  Develop effective business relationships with clients in order to identify, package and implement business solutions that help our clients grow and become more successful
  •  International: Oversight of international business/Tax structure, including inter- company transactional activity, transfer pricing, foreign tax credits and other issues,

Profile

  • You have 6-8 years of thorough working tax experience:
  •  You have Professional Certification· fun membership of an internationally recognized professional accounting association (ACA, ACCA,) and/or an auditor's license; as well as membership of Taxation Institute.
  • Result & client oriented and demonstrate entrepreneurial flair, drive and sales ability;
  • B.Sc. (second class upper)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong in the analysis of the balance sheet

 

 

Head, Consulting

Responsibilities

  • Identify consulting business growth opportunities with new and existing clients
  •  Lead and participate in consulting assignments
  • Develop and sustain financial, management consulting and advisory assignments for clients
  •  Develop and sustain training activities fix both internal and external needs
  •  Develop effective business relationships with clients in order to identify, package and implement business solutions that help our clients grow' and become more successful
  •  Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time 10 time

Profile

  • B. Sc (second class upper) in Finance and related Post Graduate Degree
  • Excellent communication skills and strong skills in the analysis of business situations
  •  You are a real team player and have proven leadership and management skills;
  • You are result & client oriented and demonstrate entrepreneurial flair, drive and sales ability;
  • You have a profound knowledge of and have the ability to make effective presentations to top client management;

  •  You are computer literate

 

 

Practice Manager

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for business development activities/research for practice development
  • Provide support services to the professional staff
  • Handle HR functions for the firm
  •  Supervise the accounting activities of the Firm
  • Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Profile

  • Past experience in relevant field · Good university or Post University degree
  •  Computer literacy
