Our organization is a Premier Online Job Advertising Portal in emerging and established markets in Pan Africa. In furtherance of its objectives, interested candidates are invited to apply for the positions of Sales Executives.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implements business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of Company’s sales goals and profitability.

Responsible for the performance and development of Accounts.

Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance, daily, weekly and monthly.

Creates and conducts proposal presentations.

Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.


RELATIONSHIPS AND ROLES:

Internal / External Cooperation.

Ensures that all Targets are met and exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.

Delegate’s authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.

Sets examples for other sales executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.

Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Account Executives to build motivation and selling skills.

Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

A graduate degree with 1 – 3 years of experience in sales

excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite- especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Proven leadership and ability to drive sales.

A strong work ethic characterized by high integrity and professionalism.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Must demonstrate the ability to process information and make clear and definite recommendations on course of action.

Possess good business and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work with minimum supervision, prioritize assignments and deliver superior results.
