We are a reputable inspection service company with Head Office in Port Harcourt and branch Office in Lagos. We specialize in providing diverse inspection in rope access services, lifting gear equipment inspection and Training in marine, construction and 0il & Gas Industries. Our vision is to be NO.1 in Africa.
Due to expansion, we are seeking suitable candidates to fill the under-listed positions:

Procurement Coordinator
Location: Port Harcourt

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly report to the Head, Human Resource & Admin Provides advice and guidance to the company on procurement matters
  • Knowledge of market survey and best practices of goods
  • Communicate properly with suppliers
  • Negotiates and purchases all required materials for service delivery
  • Analyses procurement requirements and selects the most appropriate methods based on interpretation and assessment of established policies, practices, and experience.
  • And other responsibilities given.
  • Establishes a good Vendor network

Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.Sc /HND in Purchasing & Supply Management or any related discipline
  • At least minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Applicants from Engineering, Supply chain, Manufacturing or background etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation technique
  • Good communication skill
  • Experience in e-procurement
  • Experience in international procurement
  • Shipment and Clearing experience
  • Must be computer literate
  • Membership of relevant professional body will be an added advantage

 

 

 

Training Instructors
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Develops, prepares and delivers power point training presentations Designs training programmes, delivers and facilitate training programs.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating all the activities of the Training academy
  • Re-appraises and reviews training methods and strategies for improvement.
  • Enforces discipline in the class and in the academy
  • Sources training materials on professional oil and gas services and allied matters and prepares training curriculum and resource document for departmental head approval
  • Undertakes research into oil and gas services and make recommendation to the Training Manager
  • Any other job assigned by the Training & Human Capacity Development Manager

Qualification & Experience

  • 1st Degree or equivalent in Applied Science or Engineering courses
  • Minimum of 4 years work experience in HSE position in Oil & Gas Sector or it's equivalent
  • Certification in Education is an added advantage.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage
  • Must have good oral & written Communication
  • Skills Good Interpersonal skills
  • Must be creative Skill/initiative Confidentiality
  • Should possess Administrative & Organizational skills

 

 

Internal Auditor
Location: Port Harcourt

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates and provides reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as Intended and will enable the organization’s objectives and goals to be met reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the CEO and provides recommendations for improving the organization’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.
  • Evaluates information security and associated risk exposures evaluates regulatory compliance program with consultation from legal counsel
  • evaluates the organization’s readiness in case of business interruption maintains open communication with management and the CEO teams with other internal and external resources as appropriate engages in continuous education and staff development Provides support to the company's anti-fraud programs,

Qualification and Experience

  • 1st Degree In a reputable university in Accountancy or its equivalent 5 years of working experience of which 2 years must be in an Audit Firm.
  • 1 year in the Oil& Gas Industry.
  • Professional membership is compulsory
  • Must be computer literate
  • IFRS certification will be an added advantage
  • Should have good communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work with less supervision

Inspection Engineer Trainees
Location: Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Proof load testing and carry out thorough examination of Lifting equipment and Cargo Carrying Units under Supervision of Inspection Engineer.
  • To carry out Non-Destructive examination In compliance with JC International operations procedures, which is drawn from the industry applicable standards to suit customer specification under Supervision of Inspection Engineer?
  • Ensures all job completion forms are signed off by clients upon completion
  • Attend daily tools box meetings Attend weekly operating procedure i operating standards review meetings
  • Pre-check the status of all working materials/tools that suits the job scope.
  • Record all equipment identification number on the equipment mobilization booklet.

Qualification and Skills

  • HND or BSc in Engineering Applied Sciences Courses
  • Sound Communication Skills Verbal and written
  • Sound knowledge of Numerical and quantitative analysis
  • Good Planning
  • Must be Computer literate
  • Ability to effectively manage available time

Store Officer
Location: Port Harcourt

Responsibilities

  • Receiving of materials supplied by vendors into store by raising appropriate Goods received Notes
  • Issuing of materials to users department with approved store issues vouchers
  • Administration of stores, handling of tools, equipments, instruments and stock.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records of all materials stocked in the stores.
  • Preparing of stock reports for stock replenishment and requisition.
  • Assigning of stock labels and reference numbers to new items being stocked
  • Assist in the inspection of materials, its specifications, conditions, quality and quantity being delivered.
  • Engage in stock taking exercise at interval to discover obsolete, damage and good stock and to advice management for corrective actions to be taken.
  • Posting of all Goods Received Notes and Store Issue Voucher into the software
  • Petty cash reimbursement and payments to staff and posting of vouchers into the software
  • Receiving of cash sales and cheques for credit sales and lodgement into banks
  • Preparing any other report that may be needed from time to time.
  • Prepares daily summary of cash /cheques collected, lodgement details and distributing same accordingly
  • Monitoring stock levels to ensure there is no stock out

Qualification and Skills
