JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Healthcare Business Development Manager will be responsible to create commercial activities that will guarantee the development and protection of market shares in market segment and proposes healthcare solutions (Gas + Materials + Services) for customers in hospitals, clinics, health centres and emergency agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Guarantees customer satisfaction and develops activities to reinforce customer loyalty. 
  • He/She is the privileged spokesperson for customers, manages relationship with them, identifies needs and leads negotiations in line with commercial rules and procedures. 
  • The candidate will be responsible for credit level to customers in his/her 
  • He/she should know the economic and health environments in your sector. Keep abreast with activities of hospitals, clinics, health centres, departments and have in-depth knowledge of competition 
  • Monitor the evolution of annual sales in your sector and write commercial reports.
  • Participate in sales projections in terms of volume, turnover and forecasts. 
  • Participate in defining commercial action plans per market. 
  • Deploy packaged bids from regional marketing. 
  • Implement pricing policy in conjunction with the regional marketing management. 
  • Be informed about all on-going projects in the health sector: content, means of funding, institutions connected with the management of projects. Be involved in standardization committees dealing in health issues and biomedical equipment. 
  • Be recognized as an expert by subscribers and decision-makers who call upon your expertise in the area. "
  • Negotiate and sign on new businesses

          2-  Participate in the effectiveness of sales:

  • business portfolio, prospecting, review of offers and data base.
  • Ensure that information on market and sales are up to date and shared. 
  • Implement commercial and marketing action plans (sales analysis, analysis of contracts won / lost, validated business opportunities, comparative contractual pricing and price lists) 
  • Know and monitor key customers and key accounts, in conjunction with the manager for key account sales, if there is one.
  • Be conversant with their organisation and understand their processes and expectations 
  • Develop a new partnership relationship that enables you to explore for new business opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations for key contracts 
  • Know and monitor the codification of "Key accounts" of the group. 
  • Ensure that customers in segment observe the conditions of credit granted, or else take the necessary corrective measures. 
  • Be responsible for client overdraft in market segment.
  • Be greatly involved in ensuring effective recovery. 
  • Participate in exchange of information and orientate the entire organization towards customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a spirit of HHE and seek to attain optimal quality with available means. 
  • Ensure that for each customer complaint, preventive and corrective measures are put in place in your market segment 
  • Know and monitor customers of portfolio. Be conversant with their organization and understand their processes and expectations. 
  • Develop partnership that enables you to explore for new business opportunities.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have a B.Sc in Engineer, Commercial and Marketing.MBA is an added advantage. 
  • Head of operations responsibilty with 3 - 5years experience OR responsibility as Sales Manager with 5-10years will be suitable for this role

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Develops and coordinates ambitious commercial action plans which will enhance turnover, develop and protect market shares. 
  • Ensures the profitability of activities in the different market segments. 
  • Monitors activities, organizes and enhances the commercial network, assesses and reinforces the sales force. 
  • Implements the commercial policy validated by the director and coherent with WCAR marketing guidelines.
  • The Senior Marketing Manager will report to Director, Marketing and Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures customer satisfaction and develops activities to enhance customer loyalty. 
  • Manages relationships and participates in or leads negotiations with key accounts. 
  • Responsible for customer overdrafts, and in collaboration with the credit manager, takes the necessary steps for the effective recovery of debts from customers

  • Develop a new partnership relationship that allows the exploration of new business opportunities. 
  • Lead negotiations for key contracts. 
  • Know and follow the Group's codification of "key accounts" 
  • Ensure that the process of invoicing and sending invoices is in accordance with the approved procedure.
  • Ensure that contractual agreements are adhered to in terms of pricing and time limit for payment. 
  • Ensure that customers adhere to the conditions of credit granted, and where they default take corrective actions to enforce payment. 
  • Coordinate and develop working team and Ensure that the department has the requisite human resources motivated to achieve set objectives. 
  • Ensure the sales manager are conversant with the company product and services 
  • Ensures each team member training and development in accordance with his/her potential and aspirations, taking into account the objectives of the subsidiary.

Principal Process Engineer

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The Principal Process Engineer will technically be responsible for all process engineering work as well as allocating, supervising and directing deliverables. Subject to project size, the Process Engineer will delegate some level of supervision and specific checking activities to appropriate competent personnel.
  • He also Supports the Project Management Team in planning, identifies technical issues that could limit progress and impact project budgets, and interfaces with the client. He will report to the Lead Engineer or Project Engineering Manager.
  • The position is based in Lagos. 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The responsibilities for this office shall include but is not limited to the following:

  • Formulating resolutions to technically challenging and/or high profile issues, with support from Consultant Process Engineer/ Lead Process Engineer or Project Engineering Manager, and effectively communicating with Clients and Senior Management
  • Execute process engineering design for feasibility, concept, FEED, detailed design or EPC projects.
  • Leads the process activities in developing the process design within project budget and determining timing for resource requirements 
  • Reviews the Invitation to Bid documents submitted in the proposals stage, prepares man-hour estimates and provides input to project execution plan 
  • Supervises, reviews and checks the process activities including: Process Design Basis, Philosophies, Studies, Heat & Material Balances, PFDs & UFDs, PEDs, Process Systems including P&IDs, Flow Assurance, Relief and Flare Design, Process Datasheets & HAZOP Close Out 
  • Identifies and resolves discrepancies and divergences from original proposal by raising technical queries with projects / client 
  • Capable of participating in Factory Acceptance Test s 
  • Participate in multi-discipline Engineering Design Reviews and provides all necessary pipeline engineering input and support to close out of actions
  • Identifies a clear scope of work and supervises preparation of the Technical Document Register (TDR)
  • Planning/scheduling the process engineering activities and manpower resource. 
  • Quantifies the total number of engineering deliverables, man-hour allocation and format of delivery, and other requirements for execution of the work
  • Provide necessary regular project controls/ reporting input to Project Management 
  • Provides support to Procurement including long lead items enquiry: prepares Technical Requisitions, reviews vendor documentation and provides Technical Bid Evaluation support to ensure design conformance. 
  • Ensures compatibility and conformance with client specifications and recommends cost effective improvements to equipment selection/specifications within the scope of client specifications and requirements
  • Participates in HAZOP meeting with the client and representatives of the other engineering disciplines
  • Complying with other company accredited frameworks such as ISO 14001 
  • Contributes to training and development of other staff including identifying employee strengths and weaknesses and recommends training and development requirements 
  • Performs related duties as and when instructed by Direct Supervisor.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemical Engineering or any other Engineering course 
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar function in the Oil & Gas sector 
  • Membership of COREN is an added advantage 
  • Relevant exposure to Consultancy, FEED/ Detailed Design and EPC projects 
  • Knowledge of international equipment specifications and codes 
  • In depth knowledge of standard international specifications and codes. 
  • Knowledge of Safety and Quality procedures.
  • Excellent coordination, monitoring and supervisory skills. 
  • Excellent Communication skills.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

  •  B.Sc/HND in Business, Commerce or Marketing related courses
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position & capacity

  • Should posses excellent negotiation skills
  • Should have a good knowledge of contract law 
  • Knowledge of market, products and services and organization is an added advantage
