As a Sales Capability Master Trainer you will use your training facilitation, coaching and management skills to strongly support program deployment within the AREA of the Organisation. 

1. You are the role model and main support for capability building for the trainers in your AREA
1.1. You enable trainers within your AREA, coach them on their performance and mentor their self-development 
1.2. Build capability and motivate positive behaviors of trainers within your AREA
1.3. You actively drive the trainer’s community creation and encourage close communication between the trainers within your AREA
2. Co-create on Sales Capability AREA and REGIONAL projects such as (but not limited to):
2.1. Sales Readiness materials
2.2. Capability building of all Sales Audiences 
2.3. Training strategies for new launches with account teams
3. Plan & Perform - Management Tasks
3.1. You monitor the trainers’ performance and training feedback of your training organization constantly seeking improvement and making sure it drives the desired business objectives
3.2. You align the AREA training strategy with the REGION Sales Capability objectives always seeking to maximize the ROI on training and you supervise the deployment of the programs
3.3. You analyze the training needs of Sales Capability trainers and share your observations with AREA Sales Capability Manager
3.4. You have a strong business acumen: Given the thorough knowledge and understanding you have of the business, you are keen in understanding and dealing with different business situation 
4. Enable Learning
4.1. You provide training to all Sales Capability audiences as needed
4.2. Support Recruitment, Induction and Development of the Academy Trainers

Required skills & competences
• Learning Enabling
o You create and facilitate memorable and immersive hands-on experiences (Physical and on-line) for a small or a large audience 
o You have good instructional design skills to structure a learning environment that supports different styles of learning 
o You can create a structured and appropriate training intervention for any business requirement 
o You adapt your training method or technique to the situational requirements
o You can create and maintain a good learning atmosphere/climate helping individual learners attain their objectives
o You are an experienced moderator and you master multiple methods to activate people in your training sessions, even in difficult situations
o You give precise and objective feedback to participants
o You understand the value of sharing real world examples, cases and experiences as part of your training

• Leadership skills
o You motivate your team to be effective and efficient in order to achieve the goals set as Sales Capability Team
o You are always looking for ideas that move your team to reach Sales Capability’s vision.
o You know how to coach a team of trainers and have the ability to positively influence other people
o You inspire all trainers by being a role model in all your actions
o You are an experienced coach and provide one-on-one coaching sessions to help develop other trainers to perform better in their roles

• Business Acumen 
o You have an expert understanding of mobile technology space
o You understand retail operations & mobile retail business within your customers and channel landscape
o You have a solid understanding in how retail and operator partners make profit and how we can support them to maximize their business
o You understand consumer behaviors and purchasing motivators

• Other qualities
o You are a change agent and adopt the challenger mindset daring to be different
o You focus on priorities setting goals and objectives and translating them into action
o You are a team player and you are aware of cultural differences and you flex your style accordingly
o You are proactive, take initiative and you cope well with a fast changing and high pressure working environment 
o You master the English language

• A Graduate in any Social Sciences, Humanities or relevant field with a minimum of 2.1

• A minimum of 6 years of experience of which 4 must have been active participation in design and delivery of learning solutions. Added advantage in Sales and Product Knowledge Learning Initiatives from the Mobile Phone industry
• Actively involved in managing a team and can drive execution 
• Have flare for Sales and has played active role in selling. 
• Have interest in Mobile Phone Devices and is above average in knowledge depth of the industry.

Reports to
You will report to the Sales Capability Head within your Area
