Urgent Vacancy For A Sales/Brand Manager Via ESAfrica

COMPANY PROFILE:  Our client is an international market leading brand in Africa’s food sector-Quick Service Restaurant with over a hundred outlets with fine-dining Thai fusion restaurant and other subsidiaries like bakery, poultry farms and state of the art processing plant. The role is for its large scale production farm business that has a production capacity of 200,000 birds per week to meet both private and third party (Supermarket, hotels and other restaurants) market demands, making them one of the largest poultry suppliers in Nigeria.

This individual will be responsible for Implementing brand and marketing programs and projects on behalf of the division with the aim to improve the public perception of the brand to the customers and likewise ensure the division achieves the desired bottom-line.

Specific responsibilities include the following:
  Develop and coordinate the needed strategic branding concepts for company’s division and products.
  Conceptualize and implement road shows and promotions that are within specific targets markets for the products of the division.
  Ensure effective communication and compliance with standards for internal and external usage of Branding materials for all Brands owned by the company
  Deploy and constantly update ready-to-go marketing toolkits and templates to drive the multifarious activities of the Marketing department. The underlying philosophy in developing these marketing toolkits and templates shall be ease of deployment/implementation, standardization and cost-effectiveness and shall include but not be limited to the following:
•       Launchings – Store and Products
•       National, Locality campaigns and or promotions – Store and Product
•       New Product Launch
•       New Product Communication to Stores/bakeries/operators
•       New Product Communication to Customers
•       In-Store Communications using Different Marketing Collaterals
•       Partner Marketing Programmes
  Translate agreed Marketing/brand strategies into annual Marketing Plans and themes for each of the company’s Brand and implement in markets which they operate
  Responsible for focusing external image and significantly increasing presence and awareness of all company owned Brands in all key markets in which client’s operate     
  Design and deploy systems which are used to obtain and generate bi-annual Customer Feedback reports on all key Brands owned by the company
  Carry out market analysis and projections of the business viz – a – viz; returns on marketing/brands spends, project turnover based on predictive and descriptive customer trends and behaviors.
  Drive internal marketing campaigns at both store and corporate level aimed at motivating staff & educating on brand values and standards
  Manage and negotiate for supplier rebates and build strategic alliances at all levels with third parties
  Organize and coordinate distributor/customers incentives and forums that would improve the buying motives of the distributors/customers and make the buying habits of these distributors competitive.
  Develop new markets for the division’s products and seek to increase the distributors count per month
  Set – up into database new major customers / distributors and ensure full registration procedures and documentations
  Set – up feedback platforms for communicating with distributors/customers and receiving information from diverse consumers

•       Minimum of university degree or equivalent
•       Minimum of 4 years working experience in a Brand, Sales/Marketing and Advertising environment
•       Proficiency in managing Company’s brand
•       Familiar with the Industry Trends

•       Problem Solving & Analysis
•       Performance Management
