Architectural Engineer

DESCRIPTION

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing tender applications and presentation designs.
  • Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialized computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
  • Ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is well managed.
  • Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of a proposed project, including constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
