The Role

Do you have a background in new business development as well as client relationship management? 
Do you understand how business strategy and direction are determined in corporations?
Are you highly competitive, confident in your ability to sell, assertive, and dependable? 


We are seeking an exceptionally talented sales professionals  to join our sales team. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • To generate revenue for the company through a dedicated sales effort focused on acquiring new customers within targeted franchise and business markets; as well as renegotiation of existing customers. 
  • Be responsible for the client’s product and service experience with the company and meeting sales targets..  
  • Maintain on-going contact with, and provide a high level of customer service to decision makers in client organisations.
  • Maintain and update company CRM with all sales activities and company details.
  • Achieve revenue and sales targets.

Desired Skills and Experience

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

  • First degree in any discipline. A Masters and/or other professional qualification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Business Development experience
  • Proven track record of success in new business acquisition, up selling/cross selling, in a competitive environment, using a solutions/needs based approach to sales
  • Strong Negotiation skills 
  • Solid presentation and public speaking skills; 
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt quickly and positively in a constantly changing environment; 
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of, and contribute positively and proactively to the team 
  • An ability to work autonomously with high levels of self motivation in an unsupervised environment.
