  • Development of Digital Media Strategies /
    aligning Digital Media Strategy to channel / campaign strategy

  • Presentation of Digital Media Strategies to
    Client

  • Establishing / maintaining Senior Strategic
    Relationships with Client

  • Strategic involvement in New Business
    Acquisition

  • Mentorship & Training of Digital Media
    Buyers & Planners

  • Training fellow staff members i.e. Client
    Service Managers, Copywriters, Designers, etc.

  • Input/Assistance with campaign implementation |
    ensuring correct / best practice campaign implementation

  • Gleaning strategically relevant information from
    various data sources

Requirements


  • One year’s (minimum) SEM related working
    experience within a digital agency

  • Comprehensive understanding of all products and
    opportunities that form part of the Google Adwords offering (Search, Display,
    and Analytics)

  • Strategic thinker

  • Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the
    industry

  • Ability to establish meaningful / constructive
    relationships both internally and with client

  • Leadership ability

  • Superb communication skills

  • Superb command of the English language

  • Self-motivating and responsible

  • Professionalism

  • Qualifications:

ORM Analyst:

 

We're looking for the analytical geek. The person who'd prefer to communicate via Twitter because phone calls are just so 2001. The geek who sees stories in numbers and insight in data. The geek who loves social media and in particular, Online Reputation Management. 
The ideal ORM Analyst will be responsible for the ORM analytics strategy, process and organisation which delivers information, insight and recommendations to team members, clients and reporting alike. The job would include these top three activities: monitor, measure and optimise the online marketing performance.
• Executing data collection
• Performance tracking and measurement
• Reporting of key performance indicators 
• Providing quantifiable recommendations for clients 
• Radian 6, BrandsEye experience a must
• Ad-hoc analysis as needed. 
• Join in on brainstorms, collaboration projects and idea generation.
• Assist in ORM management, content publishing and campaign roll out plans. 
• Collaborate with leading South African creatives to deliver beautiful platforms with amazing content.

Requirements

Excellent hands-on database skills 
Strong background in business intelligence, analytics and e-commerce 
Experience with Google Analytics, Radian 6, BrandsEye experience a must
The ability to think strategically; able to turn consumer behaviour data into effective strategies that drive results
Excellent understanding of website analytics, metrics and online marketing
