Learning Coordinator

Job Description

 

  • The Learning Coordinator job is a mix of training tasks, event planning and administrative work.
  • Participate extensively in course design and development of training modules.
  • Coordinate the training activities/ training calendar of the CVL Leadership Development Centre,
  • Supervise online training courses and coordinate computerized and multi-media/tutorial programs.
  • Manage faculty and student relationship, including related activities like developing specialized client training modules.
  • Compiling related reports on enrollment trends, course completion rates, facility usage, budgetary expenditures, and similar information.

Qualification

  • The Learning Coordinator should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education or Liberal Arts.
  • 5 years’ experience in a related field. 

Remuneration
Salaries are in accordance with standard salary rate in the industry. 

 

 

 

Social and Community Services Manager

Job Description

 

  • The Social and Community Services Manager will coordinate and supervise social service programmes and CSR Outsourcing Projects of the organization.
  • Manage the organization's CSR Outsourcing projects.
  • Manage partnership and volunteering activities for the organization's national transformational projects for poverty reduction
  • Research and analyze organization's CSR programmes, host community needs and other stakeholders to identify needs, align interests and determine project direction and goals
  • Design and oversee programmes to meet the needs of the target audience or community
  • Establish methods to gather information about the impact of their programmes.
  • Supervise volunteers and other social workers who provide services to clients and communities to ensure that programmes are of appropriate quality and resources are used effectively.
  • Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of programmes.
  • Plan and manage community outreach efforts to advocate for increased awareness of programmes.
  • Develop publications, grant applications, and reports through collaborative writing and editing
  • Manage and coordinate programmatic meetings including managing logistical contractors and consultants.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies, stakeholders and organizations (including government and media agencies) for proper engagement.

Qualification

  • The Social and Community Service Manager should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Social Work, Education or Liberal Arts.
  • 5 years experience in a related field especially in community engagement.

Programmes and Relationships Manager

Job Description

 

  • The Programmes and Relationships Manager oversees the co-ordination and administration of all aspects of on-going programmes including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling programme activities.
  • Plan the delivery of the overall programme and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization.
  • Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the programme.
  • Develop an annual budget and operating plan to support the programme.
  • Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization.
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gain community support for the programme and to solicit input to improve the programme.
  • Coordinate the delivery of services among different programme activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures.

Qualification

  • The Programmes and Relationship Manager should possess a Bachelor's degree in business and management. An MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a related field.
