Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

Job description

 Direct and Coordinate company sales and marketing functions. . Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology. . Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services. . Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities , direct marketing and new project development. . Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budget. . Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results. . Plan and coordinate public affairs and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach. . Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts. . Participate in the development of new project proposals. . Establish and implement short and long range goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures. . Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications material. . Represent the company and various community or business meetings to promote the company. . Supervise the preparation, issuance and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs. . Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations. . Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five years and ten years business plan for the company . Establish and implement short and long range departmental goals , objectives, policies and operating procedures. . Serve on planning and policy-making committees. . Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate department staffs. . Performs any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.

Chief Financial Officer

Job description

Key Responsibilities/Duties -Oversee the Accounts / Finance department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and structure. -Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all accounts, finance and tax management functions. -Establish and monitor procedures for processing invoices, accounts receivables, account payables, cash handling, and related functions. -Monitor banking activities and ensure regular bank accounts reconciliation. -Company budget preparation and management. -Ensure continuous improvement of the budgeting process by educating department/unit managers on financial issues impacting their budgets. -Tax management. -Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends for the use of management. -Oversee preparation of month end, quarter end and year end financial statements. -Develop and administer the operating budget of the Accounts/Finance department. -Review all month end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation. -Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position. -Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board, as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. -Oversee cash, investment and asset management. -Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism including minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs. -Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. -Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets. -Represent the company to financial partners e.g. financial institutions, investors, auditors, tax authorities, public officials,etc. -Develop and implement operational best practices. -Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the management.
