Role Summary/Purpose:

The Specialist - Document Control is responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity within the Oil & Gas Project Management organization. Follows an individual work plan and meets day-to-day short-term objectives. Has the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. In this role you will:

 

Essential Responsibilities:


- Maintain document coordination and internal/external approval processes for various large-scale projects

- Perform to KPIs and goals set by the Lead Team Leader - Document Control

- Manage the master document register, including engineering drawings, manufacturing data books, materials certificates, reports, etc. throughout the project

- Support global standards for processes of the document management system, (including set up of the DCC system and Reports)

- Identify improvement opportunities and work with Lead Team Leader - Document Control to implement improvements

- Own improvement focus areas as assigned by Lead Team Leader - Document Control

- Drive final documentation metrics for projects assigned or projects supported by group

- Represent the team in the cross functional initiative

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Document Control

- At least 3 additional years of experience in Document Control

- Develop project schedule variances from commitment / order release meeting though contract terms

- Work to mitigate standard cycles to meet customer / contract needs dates for on-time delivery

- Schedule meetings to assigned projects with timely and proactive management to cost and cycle impacts

- Ensure consistent communication and processes across business segments with a focus on all aspects of equipment delivery, i.e. specification, order, manufacture, release, ship, and receipt

- Assist with implementation of "early warning" identification of potential issues and drive RCA functional ownership to reduce "Cost to Recover" exposure

- Demonstrate organizational leadership and ownership of key metrics and operational activities, as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of related experience)

- Minimum 1 year experience in a professional work environment.

Field Service Coordinator

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Field Service coordinator will provide efficient and effective planning support to the Nigerian field service team there by enhancing expat and national rotation and as well reduce non-billable time, PO backlog and NPT. In addition the role will interface with quality and shop operations to ensure appropriate offshore loadout.

Essential Responsibilities:

Update and track field days on (primavera based) RMT with a view to 100% data quality

- Update and track field engineers competency on FSCC (field service career & competency data)

- Raise draft notification for all offshore jobs and follow up with PO issuance

- Initiate pre-job planning for all offshore job and follow up on closure

- Ensure collection, documentation and submission of service tickets, service reports and other field service reportable

- Initiate Wels report for all offshore jobs and follow up with responsible field engineers until closure

- Update monthly field service man hour utilization for NCD, EHS and other metrix

- Review clients look ahead and come up with strategic resource planning in alliance with supervisors to ensure OTD

- Update the weekly ticket tracker, skill tracker data base and ensure all offshore consumables reach the field engineers offshore

Qualifications/Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial physics from an accredited university or college with at least 2 years experience offshore
· Excellent knowledge of P6 Primavera to include similar use of data base like FSCC, Wels & Epims
· Excellent planning project management skill

Advanced Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for supporting sales of complex technical and clinical situations.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Conduct high quality Clinical Education mammo, digital RAD, BMD session at customer sites, to ensure customer's safe and effective high level advanced clinical procedure use of GE equipment, maximising image quality and productivity.
* Pro-actively intensify customer prospecting to ensure clinical leadership at customer site.
* Pro-actively escalate customer issues and needs to the relevant level in the organization.
* Provide in-depth presentation and demonstration to the user for specific Products & Services around the WHC women healthcare solution and other DGS modalities.
* Develop content and deliver Classroom courses at the regional Customer Training facility.
* Participate mammo , BMD , women health field and Interventional workshop, assist, demo and presents.
* When requested, provide support for congresses, road shows, exhibitions, and user meetings
* When requested, provide clinical marketing tools and support for the team.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Radiographer degree, super Intendant degree, or medical radiologist PhD .
* Ability to travel and be at customer sites 70 to 80% of the working time (annual average).
* Ability to travel in all African countries.
* Fluent in English
* Practical experience in at least one major Medical Imaging Modality (X-ray, mammo , BMD, but also Interventional preferred)
* Teaching skills or teaching experience
* Presentation skills
Technical & clinical expertise in modality XRay and interventional cardio vascular is welcomed

Role Summary/Purpose:

Sales Specialist 2, you will be responsible for selling complex technical products and/or services. This would be a limited number of the company’s products typically specializes in a single product or product line, and carries an overlay quota.
