? Relevant 1st Degree in Geoscience subject 
? Minimum of 15 years exploration experience, including at least 5 years at a supervisory level and within a structured E&P multinational operator

? Commercial awareness/astuteness.

PRODUCTION ENGINEERING/SERVICES MANAGER

Description

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: 
? Identify oil rate enhancement opportunities 
? Work with office based and field staff to successfully implement production enhancement projects and initiatives 
? Review and analyse plant process performance on a regular basis and identify de-bottlenecking and plant optimisation improvements 
? Apply new techniques, technology and equipment to increase oil production from existing assets 
? Provide training and guidance to engineers and technical assistants as necessary. 
? Identify solutions, by interpreting reservoir data with asset team in order to improve reservoir productivity. 
? Develop an integrated asset model using Gap / Prosper modelling tools. 
? Lead production planning efforts within the Operations department and interfacing with Asset Management and Facilities Departments as required. 
? Manage production accounting assuring that all production reports are delivered to internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner. 
? Participate in conceptual design studies. 
? Provide Production input at Factory acceptance testing and FEED Documents. 
? Provide Production input at all Hazops and Hazids. 
? Take responsibility for the integration of Production requirements within engineering design, and implementation of the required Operational Procedures into future oil and gas facilities. 
? Provide answers for all technical queries from engineering group.

Qualification: 
• A degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline 
• At least 10 years overall oilfield experience with 5 years’ experience at a management level in Production operations 
• Strong mathematical modelling, process modelling, production process evaluation, plant/process optimization, process automation, and/or statistics skills 
• Proven ability to increase process efficiency / performance and realize process optimization daily 
• Good written and spoken English and Computer Literate

Planner Materials

 Description

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: 
1. Develop and maintain specific materials planning, scheduling and reporting procedures to align with the Facilities Integrated Planning System. 
2. Prepare and maintain updated procurement, expediting and delivery plans, as well as resourced detailed schedules, for all Facilities projects requiring MC services, based on the current Facilities Technical Work Plan (FTWP). 
3. Perform resource loading and generate reports as required. 
4. Monitor actual versus planned progress against approved (base lined) detailed schedules. Prepare forecasts and highlight / resolve areas of concern and prepare appropriate recovery plans. 
5. Identify critical paths and analyse and propose improvements to schedules. 
6. Produce weekly and monthly Project Progress reports, look ahead and ad-hoc reports, as requested by the Manager Materials & Contracts. 
7. Review & audit contractors / suppliers planning procedures, reports and schedules. 
8. Provide leave cover for other Planners as required. 

Key Performance Indicators/ Performance Goals: 
1. Provide leadership in schedule development within the MC group. 
2. Maintain up to date procurement, expediting and delivery schedules for the MC group and provide “early warning” of any potential shortfalls or other issues. 
3. Issue Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports by the agreed deadlines. 

Financial Dimensions: 
No direct responsibility, but indirectly responsible for the execution of an annual Facilities budget in the order of $US 200 – 500MM. 

Qualification: 

• University Degree engineering or other relevant discipline, although lower qualifications can be accepted where experience levels are demonstrably high and appropriate to job requirements. 
• Full membership of a relevant International Institution preferred, but not essential 
• Minimum of 8-years relevant experience within the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry, either within SCM and / or engineering, preferably with at least 2 years in a material-related planning position. 
• Ideally 30+ years old 

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS: 
• Sound multi-discipline knowledge of materials and equipment used in the Upstream Oil and Gas industry. 
• Experience of planning, scheduling and tracking progress of material procurement, expediting and delivery activities. 
• Proficient in MSProject/Word/Excel/Powerpoint 
• Good communicator and team player 
• Organised, interactive and methodical. 
• Ability to work under pressure with time constraints

QAQC Engineer

Description

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: 
• Support asset integrity/maintenance engineering, offshore and onshore for all CMMS and integrity / certification requirements. 
• Will be required to travel to each of the locations as and when required to integrate with the field maintenance teams. 
• Co-ordinate the spares, materials, resources, inspection / certification requirements for both onshore and offshore locations. 
• Implement a planning regime for inspection, recertification activities into a 90-day activity plan, 12 month look-ahead and 5 year long term plan, which should be driven by the CMMS. 
• Assist to develop a functional asset register, with the assistance of the M.E. Planner, and a program of recertification in line with DPR requirements. 
• Set KPI’s for equipment / plant recertification and contractor based on schedule of recertification and performance of contractor. 
• Develop, maintain and manage a fit-for-purpose and cost effective Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all respective assets. 
• Plan and schedule the inspection and re-certification of all the companies’ facilities in line with legislative requirements. 
• Responsible for implementing upgrades, updates and patches to the CMMS software. 
• Review Planned Maintenance Routines for all equipment to ensure they conform to standards and specifications and load same onto CMMS. 
• To plan, organize and monitor both routine and non-routine maintenance with a view to achieving optimum utilization of assets at minimum asset life cycle costs while ensuring that they meet operations, safety and environmental standards 
• Schedule and monitor maintenance activities to ensure conformance with statutory and asset integrity requirements. 
• Ensure that adequate contractual services cover is in place to support relevant disciplines within area of responsibility. 

Key Performance Indicators/ Performance Goals: 
• Accident free production operations. 
• Timely provision of reports 
• Information documentation in CMMS and providing when required on all equipment 
• Update CMMS data on personnel, equipment and procedures. 

Qualifications: 

• An HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline is essential with at least 10 years operational experience in the oil industry 
• Level II UT/MPI/DPI/RT ; API 510 & 570 Authorize Inspector 
• Operational maintenance management experience with a bias towards inspection and CMMS. 
• Ideally 20-30 years old 
• Good written/spoken English and proficient in Computer. 
• Team player, good interpersonal, communications and organisational skills are essential. 

*This position contains more than 60% of time for field visit.
