Our client specializes in ICT Infrastructure, Application Development, Payroll Solutions, Time & Attendance, Hosted Solutions, Human Resources, Project Management & Microsoft Lifecycle Management. 

Currently looking for Sales Executive to perform the duties listed below: 

Main scope of duties and responsibilities: 

Purpose Statement: 

To win new business, through the identification and evaluation of new opportunities, at new clients and existing clients where the organisation’s Services Groups presence is not well established, ensuring appropriate solutions are provided in line with the organisational and client growth strategy. 

• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. 

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. 

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. 

• Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives 

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 

Increase Revenue 

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options 

• Be able to personally conduct a basic product demonstration (hardware and software) 

• Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business 


• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements 

• Serve as the primary customer contact for technical and business issues for those accounts and territories assigned. Work with Sales Support Engineers on all technical issues 


• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information 

• Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and territories and provide this information on a regular basis to Senior Management 


Qualifications :

Educated to a degree level, preferably in commercial, marketing or business studies. 

• 5 years track record of consistently achieving targets & opening up and developing new accounts. 

• Proven sales track record 

• Knowledge of management and leadership development 

• Consultative selling skills 

• Gravitas and authority 

• Commercially focused and target and revenue driven 

• Ability to influence and negotiate up to Board level 

• Networking skills 

• Excellent relationship management skills 

• Presentation skills 

• Self-confident – independent and self-reliant, assertive when necessary 

• Good communicator, both oral and written 

• Professional, with personal integrity
