Special Assistant to the Group-Managing Director i

  • This is a challenging Senior Management position in a competitive environment and the successful candidate will be responsible for preparation of correspondence, memoranda, reports and other materials of highly confidential , in nature; monitor outgoing correspondence; liaise with Senior/ Top Management staff on behalf of GMD; draft business proposals; provide excellent administrate support; maintain electronics and paper based documents; provide leadership for other staff; manage the office in the absence of GMD amongst other responsibilities

Qualifications/Experience

  • Minimum of B.Sc in Economics or related fields and must be versatile in accounts and computer applications plus at least 10 years relevant experience with minimum of five years as a Special Assistant to Chief Executive Officer of a reputable multinational company.
  • Must have impeccable integrity with excellent interpersonal skills and be entrepreneur in thinking/approach Be creative, take initiative and mature enough to work without supervision

 

Human Recourses/ Admin. Manager
(Abuja)

  • Successful candidate will be responsible for the HR/Admin functions of the Branch- Recruitment. Selection and Placement under the guidance of the Head Office; Compliance with HR policies and procedures; Oversee employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; Responsible for the registration of staff for HMO/ PFA: Maintain staff MIS at the Branch level; Preparation of HR/Admin. Budget of the branch; Training and Development; liaise with relevant government establishments; Compensation and Benefits Administration; Supervision of the security etc

Qualifications/Experience

  • B.Sc/HND in any of the humanities/social sciences plus at least five to seven years relevant work experience. Membership of CIPM is a must with high proficiency in the usage of computer applications

 

 

Inventory Officer
(Abuja)

 

Key Responsibilities/ Knowledge

  • Recommend the replenishment of inventory: compile information on receipt or disbursement of goods; verify data report figures against physical count of slack; prepare reports of inventory balance, prices and shortages; investigate and report reasons for discrepancies e.t.c

 Qualifications / Experience

  • High level of computer applications knowledge
  •  B.Sc/ HND in any of the numerical disciplines plus 3 to 5 years hands- on experience

 

 

Website Administrator

 Key Responsibilities/Knowledge

  • Be able to update content on the website
  • Respond intelligently to comments from on line users/customers concerning issues and feedback regarding subsidiaries
  • Ability to use social media to promote Company and its business
  • Able to work with Photoshop and fireworks for image editing and banner creation /have graphic skill
  • Interact on constant basis with various Brand Managers and subsidiary representatives to gather content for the respective website

Qualification/Experience

  • B.Sc/HND in computer science from reputable institution plus 3 - 5 years hands -on experience

 

 

Warranty Officer
(Lagos/ Abuja)

 Key Responsibilities/Knowledge

  • Apply the Dealership warranty and goodwill policy and procedures correctly to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis
  • Monitor daily and weekly warranty reports and ensure compliance with company's policy and industry guidelines amongst others b

Qualifications/Experience

  • Minimum of B .Sc HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering plus three to five years relevant experience

 

 

Automobile Technicians

  Key Responsibilities/ Knowledge

  • Must be able to diagnose and rectify faults; request for the required spare parts; ensure that the house keeping of the workshop is maintained; work at the efficient rate specified by the manufacturers etc

 Key Responsibilities /Skills/Knowledge

  • Job holder will be responsible for customer reception; appointments: job cards preparation; communication with customers for estimates; costs; progress of work; invoicing and payment: call customers on daily basis and give them updates on their vehicles; follow up with the spare part department on parts not in stock etc

Qualifications/ Experience

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with computer literacy
  • B.Sc/ H.N.D in mechanical/Electrical engineering plus at least three years hands-on experience in a reputable auto company

 

Workshop Controller
(Abuja/Lagos)

 

Key Responsibilities/ Skills/Knowledge

  • Successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the receipt of the job cards from the service advisors; scheduling the workshop traffic; set priorities in work flow; receiving ready job cards; checking completion of work q and quality control and forward them to service advisors; ensures communication between workshop and reception; checks completion of work on vehicles; records performance data amongst other jobs

Qualification/ Experience

  • Proven track record as Service Advisor will be an advantage while possession of computer skill is essentials
  •  B.Sc/ HND in mechanical/electrical engineering plus about three years hands-on experience

 

 

After Sales Operations Manager (Automobile)
(Lagos/ Abuja)

 

Key Responsibilities /Skills /Knowledge

  • Candidates for this position will be responsible for identifying after sales weaknesses and areas of improvements: implementation and management of improvements in administration of the workshops; interface between customers and the workshop personnel; ensuring that the complaints of the customers are attended to using best practices ;management of incentives programme for after sales; implementing core processes of after sales department; ensuring the recovery of break down vehicles and timely fixing by the workshop; making sure that work flows through the workshop effectively and that targets and deadlines are achieved to pave way for customer satisfaction etc

Qualifications/Experience

  • Must have expertise in operations of after sales in a reputable automobile company, have a strong customer focus and be able to ensure that objectives are delivered
  • Be able to deal with cost management budget and expenditure, productiveness and performance levels.
  • Ability to provide practical solutions to problem is a must
  • Must possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) and be computer literate.
  • B.Sc / HND in mechanical/electrical engineering with at least seven years hands-on experience in handling after sales operation of a well structured automobile company

 

Sales Operations Manager (Automobile)
 (Lagos)

Key Responsibilities / Skills /Knowledge

  • Candidates for this position will be responsible for defining sales strategy: developing and executing sales team's operational plan; defining and tracking sales targets; managing incentive programme for sales team; research and development; product and pricing analysis; CRM; overseeing sales budgets and expenditure; honing sales core processes; ensuring demonstrator policy is effectively utilised; ensuring that that sales and marketing departments comply with process standards and timely submission on data required by the top management amongst others

Qualifications / Experience

Customer Relations Officer

 Key Responsibilities/Knowledge

Key Responsibilities/ Knowledge

Qualifications/ Experience

  • B.Sc HND in relevant disciplines with at least five years experience in marketing/sales of Automobile premium cars, trucks etc Good skills in negotiation, interpersonal and computer literacy
  • Must have adequate product knowledge

 

 

Administrative Secretary
(Abuja)

  • Applicants for this position must be able to handle secretarial duties of the branch; maintain data for the customers; attend to the enquiries of the prospective customers/ customers; ensure that the show room is well kept amongst other tasks to be given to the job holder

Qualifications/Experience

  • ND/ HND in relevant discipline plus three to five years relevant experience.
  • Highly proficient in the usage of the computer applications with excellent interpersonal relation skills
