Real Estate Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description:

  • Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Analyzing trends in the real estate industry.
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.


  • Financial Planning and Strategy
  • Marketing Concepts and good positioning
  • Competitive Analysis
  • Product Development and client Relationships

Job Requirements:

  • A good first degree in any relevant field with 3 years’ experience in Real estate marketing.
  • Preferably a female that resides within Lekki-Ajah Axis

Shop Manager

Job Reference: SPC/FI/004

Job Description:

  • Handle sales matters
  • Keep the store in line with Health and Safety regulations
  • Manage the shops security policies
  • Propose and implement promotions and specials
  • Develop marketing strategies
  • Maintain the budgets and expenditure
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Keep abreast of stocks and merchandise levels
  • Reach sales targets and increase profits
  • Deal with customer service issues such as queries and complaints


  • Ability to effectively lead teams
  • Ability to manage stressful situations


  • Being able to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Being able to communicate effectively
  • Being able to work with numeric data and statistics
  • Being focused and motivated


  • Being able to network with other industry professionals

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of B.Sc in Retail management or any related course
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience
  • Preferably a female that resides within Lekki-Ajah Axis
