1.      Responsible for effective sales-productivity & development of efficient sales activity tracking.
2.      Develop schedule to visit customers / agents as per their availability for sales within one's sales territory.
3.      Should possess excellent presentation and communication skills to satisfy customer's need.
4.      Develop & demonstrate commanding knowledge of target customers, existing competitors in the marketplace and industry trends that may impact a buying decision.
5.      Identify customer concerns, take immediate remedial measures to resolve & develop business.
6.      Must have a thorough understanding of car financing, to advise customers on loans or prepare financial documents for customers to sign.
7.      Update knowledge of vehicle models, special features, sales trends and other environments.
8.      Follow up customers from booking till delivery. Ensure all delivery formalities are done as per SOP.
9.      Ensure the features of the vehicle and service schedule are communicated to customer clearly while delivering vehicle.
10.  Take accountability for the best contribution of overall growth of sales through field sales performance.
11.   Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with training and installation, and managing the relationship of the client with your company or manufacturer.

Ability to handle external and visiting customers in Show Room.

HND or any University Graduate with Sales Experience




The candidates should be able to achieve Increased Sales Volume in automobiles.

Interested candidates should possess:

  1. General knowledge of Auto industry/Basic computer knowledge.
  2. Soft selling skills of selling automobiles.
  3. At least 2 years working experience in the Automobile Industry.
  4. Be graduates of any tertiary institutions.
  5. Should be between the ages of 25 and 35 years.
  6. Shall report to The Branch Head.
  7. Ability to work without supervision.
  8. Willingness to relocate to other location branches.





Candidates will be in charge of driving sales of medical products. They would ensure Sales growth. They would ensure generation of New Accounts and also create Reports of all activities carried out.


  1. To sell the company's products, which include medicines, prescription drugs and medical devices, to a variety of customers including general practices, hospitals and pharmacies.
  2.  Work strategically to increase the awareness and use of the company's products.
  3. Make presentations to doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare providers on occasional basis.
  4. Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.
  5. Keep detailed records of all contacts.
  6. Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff, supporting administrative staff in all health institutions and with fellow co-workers.

Candidates should be between the age of 23 and 33 years. They should have 1 - 3 years post qualification experience. They shall report to Technical Head, Business Development Manager and Sales Manager. Sales representatives in these locations are needed: Lagos, Benin, Abuja, Minna, Ibadan, Onitsha, Aba.

Interested candididate must possess the following:

  • Must be a Graduate of
    • Bachelor of Pharmacy for Pharmacists.
    • BSc in any of the Biological Sciences i.e. Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology for Sales Reps
  • Should have 1 - 3years Post qualification.
  • High Interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Sales and Marketing skills.






The Marketing Manager would be in charge of creating brand awareness, arranging marketing campaign, develop and support effective product, develop and budget marketing activities like TV, radio etc, print media, telemarketing etc. He/She would be responsible for market research for competitor's products.

Candidates should be between the age of 30 and 35 years. He/She will be reporting to the CCO. He/She should have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience. Preferablly at least 8-10 years of  experience in marketing of cars. Must have  good presentations skills, ability to write and think creatively. Candidate shall be competent enough to handle the shift Independently.

Minimum of MBA Marketing from any Tertiary Institution.





Key Performance Areas:
The General Manager Service should ensure the profitability of the dealership by overseeing the various departments which include fixed operations (service & parts), and the business office (accounting & administration).  Duties of the general manager include, but certainly not limited to, planning, motivating and coordinating the dealership’s management through leadership and solid business practices.

1.     Hiring all management positions, completing performance evaluations regularly and developing short and long-term goals for each department manager (includes administrative, parts and service departments).
2.     Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually, and submitting time projections to corporate management for approval.
3.     Effectively communicating with the comptroller/office manager on a weekly basis to review departmental forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections.
4.     Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
5.     Explaining the policies and procedures of the dealership to all employees and following up with employees to ensure that these issues are understood and followed.
6.     Providing dealership management with weekly reports on the financial condition of the dealership.
7.     Overseeing the monthly financial statement to ensure it is complete, accurate and submitted on time to the management/dealership owners.
8.     Coordinating with the business/administrative office to ensure that records and analyses are correctly maintained.
9.     Creating a good working relationship with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel and maintaining these relationships.
10.   Coordinating regular meetings with the managers of each department to ensure their profitability and efficiency.
11.   Overseeing the hiring and training of all department managers within their respective section.
12.   Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale.
13.   Overseeing and maintaining compensation plans for all employees.
14.   Creating cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership.
15.    Focusing on any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify and taking the necessary steps to resolve these complaints.

Job Requirements
Candidates should have at least 15 years post qualification experience in sales/services experience.  Experience in other dealership is a plus. They must have strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to understand profit and loss statements and manage a large, diverse staff. Candidates should possess strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors. They are required to stay abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations affecting their operations and comply with them. Also they must provide training on ethical practices.

Education Requirements
 A degree in Mechanical/Auto engineering is required for the position of GM services. Candidates with MSC in the relevant field will be preferred.
