Job Description

Our Client is hiring for a Full-Time Client Service Executive for their Business Development Center. They are looking for someone who is Customer Service Orientated and has the ability to work within a fast paced and multi-tasking environment.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT: Our Client is a company registered in Nigeria for the purpose of providing automotive mechatronics and allied goods and services.

They make use of the latest cutting edge technologies available worldwide, in automobile diagnosis and repair, coupled with skills and experience to handle most brands of vehicles.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Front line staff and first responder

ROLE SUMMARY:  Provides a variety of customer service, support, and technical guidance to the company’s existing and prospective customers.  Responsibilities may include solving problems, researching complex information, and building customer relationships.  

 ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Receives complex customer needs via incoming mail, telephone, and/or electronic contact regarding the organization’s products and/or services, enters and adjusts orders, performs proactive selling and marketing of products, and resolves questions and complaints within span of control.


•     Handle telephone and personal inquiries from customers and respond to their needs in a cool, courteous and prompt manner.

•     Greet customers and interact with them to understand their vehicular problems.

•     Get information across to clients about products, prices and routine car maintenance problems.

•     Forward complaints and technical requests to the appropriate department.

•     Book applicants for training session with the technical training school department

•     Prepare the cost estimates including the services and repair costs and the cost of spare parts, if needed.

•     Maintain and manage a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed.

•     Supervise, manage and monitor automotive service technicians and repairers.

•     In case of additional repairs inform the customers promptly.

•     Ensure delivery of vehicles to customers on time

•     Handle and manage softly the minor complaints and irritants with the customers.

•     Educate customers on maintaining their vehicles free from troubles and problems.

•     Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level through effective services and repairs.

•     Reporting to the admin manager

  • Possess Good Telephone Ethics
  • Have Good Verbal And Written Communication Skills
  • BSc/HND In Any Discipline
  • 0-3 Years Working Experience
