Two of our client firms are currently seeking highly skilled HR professionals to take up various strategic positions in their organisations.

Client 1 
Our client is primarily a HR Advisory & Training Services services firm.

1. Job Reference: SRC1 
Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities 
• Use appropriate media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers. 
• Manage Employment Services. culled from www.justjobsng.com
• Headhunting - identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work. 
• Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates and send to clients. 
• Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client. 
• Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

Requirements Minimum of 8 years experience with at least 5 years in recruitment. A relevant University degree. Professional membership of CIPM, SHRM, CIPD is desirable.

Client 2 
Our client is an FMCG with an exciting strategy of expansion and growth. In order to implement and lead this strategy they are looking to appoint highly skilled HR professionals to take up various HR positions in their organisation.

1. Job Reference: HR1 
Job Title: Head, Resourcing

Responsibilities 
• Responsible for HR activities in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment, induction, placement, performance management, 
training and development, career development, succession planning, diversity and exit management. 
• Assists to design and implement initiatives to attract, develop and retain required skills, as well as maintain a healthy pool and flow of talents.

Requirements A relevant degree with 6 to 10 years experience in related HR role is required

2. Job Reference: HER1 
Job Title: Head, Employee Relations

Responsibilities 
• Responsible for HR activities in the areas of employee relations, communication, motivation and discipline. 
• Ensure compliance with workplace statutes (medical, employee compensation), HSE standards and modern employment practices 
• Update & drive company policy on equal opportunity, inclusion and work-life balance, including facilities allocation and adequacy

Requirements A relevant degree with 6 to 10 years experience in related HR role is required

3. Job Reference: HCB1 
Job Title: Head, Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities 
• Responsible for HR activities in the areas of compensation & incentives, salary administration and pension. 
• Payroll administration for expatriate staff, HR reporting and managing statutory matters.

Requirements A relevant degree with 6 to 10 years experience in related HR role is required

4. Job Reference: HRBP1 
Job Title: HR Business Partner,

Responsibilities 
• Manages the Human Resources function and day-to-day HRM activities in specific Business Unit, especially recruitment and 
performance management. 
• Provides timely input for payroll run, and implements employee motivation and related programs.

Requirements 
A relevant degree with 4 to 5 years experience in related HR role is required

5. Job Reference: MHCD1 
Job Title: Manager, Human Capital Development

Responsibilities 
• Responsible for HR activities in the areas of performance management, training and development, career development, succession 
planning, diversity and exit management.

Requirements 
A relevant degree with 3 to 5 years experience in related HR role is required

6. Job Reference: MPL1 
Job Title: Manager, Payroll-Local

Responsibilities 
• Responsible for timely recording, computation of local payroll, allowances and incentives. 
• Supervises staff loans and other 
deductions. Manages pensions & retirement plans. 
• Conducts salary benchmark research.

Requirements 
A relevant degree with 3 to 5 years experience in related HR role is required

7. Job Reference: MHRA1 
Job Title: Manager, HR Admin

Responsibilities 
• Responsible for HR activities in the areas of employee records/data management, HSE, leave, transfers, Employee Handbook and discipline. 
• Manages general administration to facilitate efficient work environment.

Requirements 
A relevant degree with 3 to 5 years experience in related HR role is required

8. Job Reference: HREO1 
Job Title: HR Executive, Operations,

Responsibilities 
• Manages the day-to-day operations of HR Department, especially, junior staff recruitment and induction, discipline and grieviances. 
• Manage employee communication and policy rollouts.

Requirements 
A relevant degree with 2 to 4 years experience in related HR role is required

9. Job Reference: HRER1 
Job Title: HR Executive, Records,

Responsibilities 
• Manages the day-to-day records of employees and related activities, especially personnel data and physical records. 
• Provide timely data for payroll run, and report analysis of pay and efficiency ratios.

Requirements 
A relevant degree with 2 to 4 years experience in related HR role is required

10. Job Reference: HRC1 
Job Title: HR Clerk,

Responsibilities 
• Receives and processes day-to-day HR documents, some of which are of a confidential nature. 
• Directly responsible for routine 
information storage and retrieval, data assembly and analysis.

Requirements 
An OND from a recognised Institution with at least 2 years experience in a clerical role is required. Must be computer literate with a sound knowledge of MS Office Suite
