These services range from real estate development and arrangement of financing to the development of Geospatial information systems:

 

 

Head of Finance

Job Description

  • The head of Finance reports directly to the Managing Director and is responsible for managing the financial function.
  • This includes preparing the budget; conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports; developing and implementing an effective system of accounting; optimizing bank relationship and sourcing of funds; managing the payroll system and maintaining accurate and current bylaw records; ensuring general compliance with all regulations as they affect the company.

Qualification

  • 10 years experience working in Finance or related field with at least 5 years in a public accounting firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.

 

 

Head of Operations

Job Description

  • This position is responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that the company runs to its mast mum productivity.
  • The main responsibilities include handling the logistics of the organisation, preparing budgets and inventories, and overseeing the supervision of enumerators, valuers or any other teams of people that have been engaged to work on behalf of the company.

Qualification

  • 10 years experience working in estate surveyor or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Operational Management or other business related field.
  • Master's degree in Operational Management or other business related field added advantage.
  • Must have a demonstrated hands-on approach and success in working in a team-based environment.

 

Head of HR and Administration

Job Description

  • The Head of Human Resource and Administration originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity standards, goal attainment, recruitment and continuous development of a superior workforce.
  • This role will also be responsible for the smooth running of the office, procurement of administration items and ensure general maintenance of all the facilities.

Qualification

  • 10 years working experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Head of Legal/Company Secretary

Job Description

  • This position is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal department, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.

Qualification

  • 10 years experience as a practicing barrister.
  • Bachelors degree in Law.
  • Masters degree in Law an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of providing accurate and effective legal counsel.
  • Demonstrated experience of work in the legal unit of a corporate organization will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of adding value to an organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk and penalties.

 

 

Accountant

Job Description

  • Provides service support to the Head of finance and is general responsible for day to day book keeping of the company.

Qualification

  • 2 years experience working in accounts department of a corporate organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • ICAN, ANAN, ACA or a relevant Master's degree in Finance, Accounting.

 

 

Accountant

Job Description

  • This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration and collection of the various taxes, and liaison with tax inspectors who are involved in determining tax liabilities, assisting members of the public with their tax situations, individual and company audits, and investigative work aimed at combating tax evasion.

Qualification

  • 2 years experience working in tax office or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Master's degree in Taxation, Finance or Economics added advantage.
  • Relevant professional body member.

Auditor

Job Description

  • He is responsible for ensuring that policies and procedures are being followed consistently throughout the organization in order to safeguard its assets, verify the accuracy and reliability of its accounting data, and promote adherence to the prescribed policies.
  • These responsibility also includes to ascertain the integrity of data and confirm the security of the banks IT infrastructure.

Qualification

  • 5 years experience working in a control environment in financial of auditing organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Information technology.
  • Membership of a relevant professional system security association.

Information Technology Analyst

Job Description

  • Under supervision, IT analyst performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks.
  • The duties include work in the areas of user and systems requirements and analysis, applications development and maintenance, computer systems support, network design and maintenance, and data/database analysis/administration.

Qualifications

Data Mining Analyst

Job Description

  • Responsible for examining and processing internal client data and external 3rd party data into information that is required for assessment of all types of taxes to help improve revenue generation; help improve operational performance through data analysis and the creation of sophisticated algorithms (models); & model's accounts, rank order them from most likely to least likely to pay their debt as assigned;
  • Be aware of the appropriate use of data elements; work collaboratively with internal to establish and maintain performance objectives.

Qualifications

  • At least two-years experience in the field of statistics, data mining or direct marketing consulting required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of program languages, databases and statistical software preferred.

 

 

Field Officer

Job Description

  • This position is responsible for representing the Head of Operations in field monitoring of third party service providers like estate valuers.
  • He/she will utilize best practice processes and techniques to ensure that original project operations procedure are adhered to by all third parties.
  • At the primary level, this function will serve as liaison between the third party field operators and the company.

Job Description

  • This position is responsible for ensuring that the company pursues all opportunity to grow its tax consultancy business by researching on analyzing and soliciting for new tax advisory opportunities.
  • The successful candidate wilt also be responsible that the company adopt best mode of carrying out its tax consultancy services.
  • The candidate will also serve as the company's liaison with relevant tax authorities for purposes of routine and operational correspondence.
  • He or she will work with financial management within the Company.

Qualification

  • 10 years experience working in the field of taxation preferably in an accounting firm or any relevant tax authority.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Master's degree in Taxation, Finance or Economics.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems an added advantage.
  • Must have a demonstrated hands-on approach and success in working in a team-based environment.
  • Must be a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN)
