Nigerian Based FMCG Company seeks an administrative manager. Ibadan, Nigeria

Company Profile: The Company is an affiliate of a Group of Companies with more than 70 years of active involvement in the Nigeria market. It produces high quality juice drinks, milk drinks, flavoured milk, evaporated milk, malt drink and tomato paste from concentrates and other raw materials in various sizes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job responsibilities to include:

- Responsible for the day-to-day tasks, special projects, purchasing, logistics, facilities.
- Development & maintenance of working policies and procedures
- Lead continuous business improvement
- Co-ordinator of business continuity planning within area of responsibility
- Liaise with HR and relevant partners to co-ordinate recruitment of new starters
- Act as Line Manager for other Admin Support Team (AST) staff
- Providing support for an extensive range of meetings. This will include preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers, noting action points and following them up.
- Oversee management of the premises ensuring that the building is maintained to provide appropriate working conditions
- to act as Quality Manager to ensure that procedures, controlled documents, records and audits are maintained
- Liaising with the manufacturer and managing stock availability, order dispatch and returns.
- Proving management information and reports

Skills Required:

- 10+ years of verifiable administrative and secretarial experience
- Highly professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills 
- Advanced computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office software with emphasis on Word and Excel software. 
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented, possess outstanding organizational skills and exercise sound judgment in client management, even under pressure. 
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision and with a team of professionals. 
- Flexibility for domestic travel is required.

Educational Qualifications/Experience:
• Bachelor of Business Administration 
• Previous experience in a multi-site, professional service, Food, Retail or Manufacturing environment
