Experience
• A Minimum Of 5 Years Post Qualification Work Experience, Out Of Which 4 Must Have Been In The financial Senlices Industry.
• At Least 2 Years Experience In A Similar Position.
• Experience In Developing And Implementing HR Policies, Procedures And Achievement Of Improved Organisational Outcomes.
• Experience In Developing Remuneration Policies And Payroll Management
• Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Plans And Providing Timely Training To Targeted Audience.
• Experience In Budget Planning And Implementation.
• Experience In Career Planning And Development Of Staff
Knowledge
• Comprehensive And Sound Knowledge Of Nigerian Employment Law And Its Application.
• Knowledge And Application Of Best Practice In HRM
• Understanding Ofjob Evaluation Techniques And Principles

Job Description


• To support and facilitate the recruitment, development and retention of qualified and motivated staff while promoting gender equality and staff diversity.
• To institutionalize and implement Performance Management system.
• To ensure the relevance and timeliness of the company personnel policies and procedures while establishing and maintaining of a conducive working environment.
• To develop and implement the company training plans and provide timely training to the targeted trainees; ensuring staff career and professional development opportunities.
• To ensure staff welfare (salary, bonuses, allowance and insurance coverage) and facilitate salary scale/benefit package review to make it well competitive with other M FB‘s.
