Brand & Customer Service Manager

 

Our client specialises in the production of luxury modern kitchens since 1956 and is known for its range and quality of materials. As one of the finest Italian kitchen design firms, they are committed to research and development, staying ahead of trends, bringing new finishes and concepts to the portfolio each year. 
Our client is currently seeking a Brand & Customer Service Manager to perform the following tasks highlighted below: 


Responsibilities; 

• Drives the enhancement of the company brand image in all innovation 

• Working understanding of the marketing process: Consumer insights, strategy, brand positioning, brand communication, brand activation, brand innovation 

• Coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colours, fonts and imagery 

• Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers. 

• Supervising the sign off of marketing literature and campaigns, liaising with legal and compliance personnel, ensuring the designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines. 

• Ability to lead the process required for setting communication objectives and defining target audiences 

• Sufficient knowledge that provides the ability to challenge channel implementation strategy against brand and category strategy to ensure optimal fit 

• Identify and fill in gaps in consumer/market knowledge in order to create new insights 

• Able to write and co-ordinate the implementation of brand plans 

• Providing help and advice to customers with before and after sales 

• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face; 

• Investigating and solving customers' problem 

• Handling customer complaints or any major incidents 

 

Skills (all essential): 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience 

• Excellent interpersonal skills (e.g.; communication, self-awareness, building trust, questioning & listening, influencing, assertiveness, problem solving, decision making) 

• Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing) with natural gravitas 

• Degree or equivalent 

• Excellent organisational skills 

• Attention to detail 

• Able to prioritise 

• Able to work to deadlines 

• Able to work on own initiative 

• Flexible 

• Self-Motivated 

• Pro-active Team Worker 

• Enthusiastic
