Our Company:

Global Profilers is a Recruitment and HR Services firm specialized i recruitment in Africa; We are currently looking for Sales Executive in Jos, Calabar and Benue  for our Client who is a Multinational FMCG



·         Engage and maintain the company’s existing portfolio of clients

·         Develop and execute a sales business plan

·         Ensure the development of sales strategies and action plans, and lead their implementation

·         Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners as well as discovering and exploring opportunities

·         Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluate options; resolve internal priorities

·         Act as lead on all new sales within main business lines

·         Develop strategic relationships with key contacts from prospects and/or third party advisors

·         Demonstrate the ability to leverage resources and strategically manage the growth of customer relationships

·         Maintain responsibility for full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and close of sale, with a heavy focus on prospecting

·         Deploy optimal sales strategies in order to develop, negotiate and secure profitable business with partners

·         Implement and operationalize rigorous activity management and reporting

·         Ensure that sales and revenue objectives are met and/or exceeded


Qualification and Experience:

Expectation/ Qualities

·         Degree in Marketing/Sales, Business related discipline, MBA is an added advantage

·         Minimum 3 years experience in sales and distribution management role

·         Strong sales skills 

·         Professional maturity and strategic thinking

·         Strong business acumen

·         Excellent  interpersonal skills as well as solid written and oral communication skills

·         Excellent English language skills both written and spoken

·         Distribution channel leadership
