Makeup & Studio Hand

Job Description:
In this job, you will provide maximum support in a studio by creatively making up individuals within the studio and assisting the technical staff with whatever they might require within the studio as well and offering administrative assistance as and when required. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, dynamic, have a keen eye for detail and will have 2-3 years’ working experience with a minimum of an SSCE certificate and relevant studio work experience.


 

 

Security

Job Description:

In this job, you will ensure that the premises is always secure. Your duties will include: screening visitors, ensuring that doors are locked after operating hours, and ensuring the general safety of everyone within the office. An ideal candidate will be very observant and security conscious, will have a keen eye for detail and 3-5 years’ experience with at least an SSCE certificate.


 



Cleaner/Clerk

Job Description

 

  • In this job, you will be responsible for ensuring the office is neat and tidy at all times. Your duties include: regular cleaning of the entire work area, running errands, monitoring building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created and providing administrative support as and when required.
  • The ideal candidate will have good communication and inter personal relationship skills, minimum of 2 years' experience with at least an SSCE certificate.



Driver

Job Description

 

  • In this job, you will drive multi-passenger vehicles safely and appropriately.
  • You will provide administrative support by reporting promptly to work and carrying staff safely from one location to the other.
  • Your duties include ensuring that company cars are serviced regularly and properly maintained at all times.
  • The ideal candidate will have good communication and inter personal relationship skills, minimum of 2 years’ experience with at least an SSCE certificate.



Receptionist

Job Description

 

  • In this job, you will be located at the front desk and ultimately be the image of the company.
  • You will attend to visitors and clients as politely as possible offering assistance and information as is required.
  • Your duties include maintaining a neat and tidy reception area, recording contact details of all visitors, responding to general inquiries and providing administrative support as and when required.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and inter personal relationship skills as well as good writing skills, 2 years of experience with a good first degree and relevant experience in Human Resource management and Office management


 

Camera Man

Job Description

 

  • In this job, you will record visual images, creatively framing and capturing action.
  • Other duties include: assembling and setting up equipment, working with other technical staff to ensure the best shots are captured.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination, the ability to concentrate for a long period of time without being distracted and will have 3-5 years' experience with a good first degree and relevant videography experience.



 

Sound and Lighting Executive

Job Description

 

  • In this job, you will work with a team to provide adequate and appropriate sound and lighting for a studio.
  • Other duties include: plotting lighting, deciding on relevant equipment, pre-rigging lighting and ensuring all cables and wires are safely concealed, changing lighting between shots as necessary, conducting risk assessment for health and safety purpose, setting up and operating microphones, sound speakers and handle recording equipment.
  • The ideal candidate will coordinate equipment and technical crew, effectively manage the team, display high level initiative and resourcefulness and will have 3-5 years' experience with a good first degree and relevant technical experience.



Audio/ Video Editor

Job Description

 

  • In this job, you will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting.
  • Other duties include: studying scripts to become familiar with production concepts and requirements, re-ordering and tweaking content to ensure logical sequence and smooth running of the video, ensuring that the sound is clear and in sync with the video and that the final production is of the highest quality.
  • The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and 3-5 years’ experience with a good first degree and relevant experience in videography and cinematography.



Web Server Management Officer

Job Description

 

  • In this job, you will install and configure web servers, assist internal and external customers with software deployment and offer general IT support.
  • Other duties include: maintain computer networking systems by tracking server activity, perform upgrades of software, maintain computer hardware, address questions about technical problems, improve efficiency by evaluating system network functions and ensure that networks operate efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will display high level resourcefulness, initiative, ability to work with little or no supervision and will have 3-5 years’ experience with a good first degree and relevant certifications.



Quality Assurance Executive

Job Description

 

  • In this job, you will assess customer requirements and ensure that they are met.
  • You will identify global standards for call centers and ensure that the company adheres to them as well as monitor general performance.
  • Other duties include: providing managerial support by preparing and analyzing quality reports for management review, record, analyze and distribute statistical information, support technical staff and work with operating staff to establish procedures and standards.
  • An ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques, strong written and verbal communication skills, technical skills, high initiative, problem solving skills and IT skills.
  • 3-5 years' experience with a good degree with a good first degree or HND and relevant experience in Business studies or Business Management.
  • This role is a target based role and applicants must be aware that agreed targets and deliverables must be accomplished each month.



Research Assistant

Job Description

 

  • In this job, you will offer high level support in the gathering and interpretation of data.
  • Other duties will include: writing reports and reviews, extraction of relevant data, perform studies as related to research project and offer any other administrative support as and when required.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and editing skills, a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and will have at 2-3 years’ experience with a good first degree and relevant experience in report writing, secretarial duties and office management.
