Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales team by interfacing, documenting and reporting all tasks and events in relations to prospect conversion and retainership.

 

Responsibilities

 Manages new client set-ups, verifies documents for completeness/accuracy and stores/retrieve information for all prospects on sales force.

 Track prospects onward transition in sales force, coordinate conversion process and produce development report.

 Flag-up dormant/inactive prospects, document and report observed variance as well as associated actions/inactions.

 Gather information for all sales personnel performance index (Actual vs Budgeted Revenue) and prepare reports for Head, Marketing & Sales perusal and consideration.

 Completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach on sales force software and other tasks that facilitate the ability to effectively make informed decisions

 Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Head, Marketing & Sales and Financial Reporting Unit.

 Works closely and effectively with the Head, Marketing & sales to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities and following up appropriately.

 Work in conjunction with other Administrators to provide seamless support for all department needs.

 Performs all other operational duties as may be assigned.

 

Qualification, Competencies & Experience

 A degree in a business or Marketing-related field, Master’s degree (preferable but not mandatory).

 Good knowledge of Sales force Software will be an added advantage.

 3-4 years cognate experience in a standard organization with high revenue/turnover.

 Good communication and analytical skills complemented by strong business acumen

 Excellent rapport building, networking and relationship management experience.

 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
