Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for the management of the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to ensure profitability, increased market share and brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities

 Driving a solution from conception through development to testing and market ready state. (This includes business case development, required specifications, testing, training, product launch, profitability tracking and analysis).

 Responsible for determining the optimal product pricing that promotes profitability and market preference.

 Conducting market needs & trend analysis to guide development of new solutions and improvement of existing ones.

 Increase our client value proposition by proactively mapping clients’ business requirements to a product/ solution.

 Shared responsibility for the depth of knowledge of the sales team on the company’s products and services.

 Work with the marketing team to assess promotional materials, go-to-market strategies and client engagement.

 Responsible for the development of positioning tactics for our cloud based services e.g bundling and cross-selling.

 Contributing to the company’s sales strategy and marketing channel.

 To develop appropriate go-to-market strategies that will differentiate products & services in the market.

 Making presentations to the appropriate audience to aid the sales team.

 To execute the corporate strategy within all lines of business.

 Shared responsibility for customer acquisition and retention strategies, including churn management strategy.

 Increased collaboration with business units to increase market penetration and operational improvement of our cloud based products and services.



 Proven business acumen and commercial experience.

 Proven track record in selling complex business solutions.

 Proven track record in achieving business targets and goals.

 Experience in leading teams and managing 3rd parties.

 Knowledge of the ICT industry and cloud based services.

 Proven experience in establishing and growing new services offerings.

 A university degree or its equivalent.

 A business management qualification will be an advantage.
