 Vice President, Lease Sales Summary:

 The VP, Lease Sales will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing management, develop leasing plan to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective clients to maximize income in line with the business plan. H/She will be responsible for the following:

 Sales and marketing strategy

 Expansion strategy

 Research growth opportunities

 Monthly reports on new business acquired and implemented

 Sales incentive scheme

 Conduct assessment of sales staff in respect of skills required

 Meet assigned target in terms of business generation, volume and income



 To research growth opportunities with respect to market segmentation, competition and market trends in Nigeria.

 To develop expansion strategy both in respect of new locations (branches) and products to be financed.

 To research growth opportunities in respect of market segmentation, competition and market trends in Nigeria.

 To develop monthly reports on new business acquired and implemented and sales revenue achieved versus targets for the month.

 To determine sales incentive scheme for sales staff linked to meeting objectives and sales targets.

 To conduct assessment of sales staff in respect of skills required and to take appropriate action to up-skill or to re-deploy.


Core KPIs

Business growth: To acquire new customers and grow the leasing portfolio of the company

Profit Margin: To ensure the company maintains good income margin on transaction

Quality of Loan/Lease Portfolio: To reduce the volume of non-performing loans and leases

Referrals from Existing Customers: To maintain an appreciable number of repeat businesses

Business Reports: To ensure documentation and record keeping of all business transactions.

Risk Management & Culture: To develop credit parameters for all finance lease transactions

 Coaching and developing others



 Good university degree in a related field

 Masters degree in a related field will be an added advantage

 Minimum of 5 years of leasing management experience preferably in an aggressive environment.

 Mixed use development experience

 Experience with luxury segment of the market

 Sound working knowledge of computer software applications

 High level of organizational and negotiation skills

 Resourceful and able to work independently
