Foltechs Engineering Services is recruiting to fill the position of:

Senior Business Development Executive

Qualification: BSc/ HND in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5-7 years
Age: not more than 35years
Job Field: Sales and Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; training of subordinates,implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

Client Retention

  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
  • Key Performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Increase in number of clients
  • Increase in quality and quantity of market intelligence
  • Increase in ratio of successfully tenders
  • Positive feedback from clients

  • Accurate and effective reporting to the Managing Director.

Key Competency Requirements

  • Knowledge of Electrical Panel design
  • Skill in preparing and analyzing power need and specification
  • Prospecting and selling skills.
  • Skill in both verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite –Word, Excel and Power Point

Customer Service Officer
Job Type: Full Time
Job Field: Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Generate invoice for all walk in customers
  • Analyzing sales figures/date, interpreting trends to facilitate planning and forecasting of future sales volumes.
  • Log all after sales service issues.
  • Follow up on or after sales service issues
  • Give after sales feedback to customers.

Key Performance indicators (KPI's):

  • Importance of the management of the front office.
  • Meet least Fifty Percent (50%) of the issued Quotations.
  • Engage in Tele-marketing; follow up and close on all sales opportunities as at when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.Sc/ HND in Electrical Engineering or Social Sciences
  • Experience: 2 years
  • Age; Not more than 27years

Key competency Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Electrical Panel component
  • Basic Numerical Skills
  • Third-party supplier and Vendor management
  • Be exceptional at relationship management and business development with extensive
  • Customer interaction.
  • Have effective written, Communication and presentation skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel and Power Point.
