ECEWS is recruiting for the position below:
Administrative Assistant Procurement
Akwa Ibom
Job Functions
- Will provide administrative support to the Procurement and Supply Chain Managment activities.
- Manage prioritization an d timely replies to e-mails, responding on behalf of Director of Finance, Procurement Officer and Supply Chain Management Advisor as appropriate.
- Track all correspondence to ensure requested responses are returned in a timely manner.
- Ensure technical and administrative support is provided to staff and vendors as needed.
Minimum Requirement Standard
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience supporting Finance and Administrative Managers in administrative support capacity in a Non-Governmental Organisation.
